Thank you for sharing your colleagues and art with us -- always far more enjoyable when in-person experience, too!

Thank you Mara, Laura and Ben, was lovely. Was lovely to catch up this morning South Australian time on your livestream chat.
Fabulous to hear from you again Mara, I also enjoyed the previous TH-cam chat you had with Laura about the Wildfire Burned Trees and ink making. You have such fabulous patience!
You’ve inspired me to have another go at Mokuhanga, now it’s winter here and not so dry. I’ve some Shina, but it’s been very hard to get.
Just wondering if that is a Roz Kean ball bearing Karen you’re using? Thanks. Do you have the steel ball bearings or the Delrin (plastic), which would you recommend?
I feel I need to invest more time before money in Mokuhanga but a Kean baren is on my shopping list.

Hi Jenny, thank you for your lovely message! The bb baren I'm using is called Yuki baren and I think is only available in Tokyo... if you are in Australia I would definitely go with Roz Kean's baren! I've seen her printing demos and it's a beautiful durable tool. Good luck with your mokuhanga printing!

You said you use just white regular printing paper. How many grams do you use? And it was rubbed iff ok, right?
