Same! I had a TH-camr I was watching since she began but then she started using TH-cam as full time and her videos got really weird for content and click baitey... I understand they do that to gain attention to make money, it’s just not creative anymore.
Seriously Zoe, your videos are the ones that I click the fastest. Btw, I think for many of us 2019 was both the best and worst year (for me, I was able to live in Seoul as an exchange student but at the same time my mental health was at its lowest point), so I really really get what you mean. Gosh, is it strange to wish we were friends just to share these thoughts and help each other get better?
I know everyone says this every year but this time for real let's make 2020 a POSITIVE year, not necessarily the best year ever (because that's not realistic, let's be honest), but a year in which we will learn more things about ourselves, we'll do things that we love with the people we love, we'll be aware of the ups and downs and we'll learn how to grow from it. So many TH-camrs/Infuencers (I hate that word too) that I used to respect changed their content just for the sake of numbers and clickbait and have lost themselves in the process. Nights when I came home from my 9-6 job so tired and stressed would always be a good night when I saw you had a new upload. I love watching your vlogs and work out vids, watching you wake up early and be so productive was so inspiring. After graduating art school in NYC I’ve been depressed bc I haven’t been able to find a job I really love. I have trouble waking up early bc I’m just inherently nocturnal but your videos sparked motivation. I thought you had such an amazing life but I don’t truly know your pains and struggles. Thank you for having the bravery to upload this video! You show a REAL facet of being human and being vulnerable. I still can’t see myself working 40+ hours a week for a low paying job for the rest of my life, you and your videos help me keep going to strive for better. Thank you 🥺💕

Yes ! I actually faced a lot of anxiety and had a panic attack once, dropped out of my college (for a year) but when i look back to 2019 i only see the good stuff, it's about the perspective, i had anxiety disorder for 3 years but it was this year when i really fought it eye to eye, dropped out of college but i got braces and felt no pain , gained my belief in God and felt the existence of universe. Counting your blessings is a hard thing but when you truly practice it you realise your life is so blessed. As buddha said 'pain is inevitable' so learning to be in peace with pain was biggest source of happiness. I hope who had a bad 2019 could read this. I wish you have great 2020, remember it's all about the perspective.

I've always loved your videos (to the point where I binge watch your videos haha), but I think this video has to be one of my favorites by far. Making such a huge decision to quit your 9-5 job to focus on your wellbeing is respectable. Always love how you focus on your mental health just as much as your physical health

As a graphic designer myself i can tell you that being a freelancer is a ride that i recomend to everyone hahaha. This whole i have been working as freelancer and i had help me to have more discipline about my time, my way of designing and how i spend my money. There is a lot of benefits about being a freelancer but also a lot of disadvantages, there is a lot of ups and downs (mostly in the economic area) but you learn from every experience, right? Rn i am back at a office job but i can tell you that i became more efficient and have more patience after this year.
