Omg the holes punched in the paper bag is GENIUS! It helps the air escape and not condensate on the bag making the fries soggy!! I’ve never seen that before and it’s so smart!
I wish they did that to all the Potato Corner bags. In my Potato corner, they just slide it in the bag and seal. Gotta eat them up before they soak up some soggy condensation

It's quite a recent change actually, they only changed it like maybe a year ago. For the longest time they used the usual paper bags.

They have multiple potato corners here in California. All of the workers are usually Filipino too so you know it’s legit 😂

Potato corner was originated from the Philippines and i know it's so popular because they put a lot of flavored powder and i swear some of them even give some extra fries they weight the fries, put the exactly right temperature and the fries should be perfectly cooked and you know it's good when it's crispy outside and soft in the inside

I'm so mad that shake fries aren't popular in the US. Those of us who were children in the 90s remember the wave of popularity these had, and they seemingly disappeared overnight.
I remember getting shake shake fries with my kiddos and they loved getting to shake the bag. But I can't remember which chain had them.

We have these in Indonesia aswell!! It was originally called Potato Corner, but they soon changed it to "Shake Shake in A Cup". Some people say that Potato Corner was better than the current Shake Shake.

Potato corner is here in Myanmar too. I usually get the one with 3 flavours because I usually go in large groups. Tom Yum, Cheese and Spicy are my favourites. It’s usually fresh out of the fryer because there are so many customers to.

Yes there is a potato corner in Sydney Australia ! Quite a few actually, but mostly in the regions with a concentrated Pinoy community (Blacktown and Parramatta)
