I have one player whose overall rating is 95 but all of his attributes are not even 90 rated

Even if the player grows really fast he can get stuck to a rating
I have a striker with 75 max potential, growing at the insane rate of over 0.2 per training session. One day he suddenly blocked at 69 overall at 21 years old, mid season, despite starting all the games and scoring some goals
That's quite sad. The player has a fixed potential and you cannot modify it in any way
To know the real potential you have to look at the market value
A player 60 rated with 95 potential but 3 millons worth will grow much less than a 60 rated 88 potential with 8 millions value
Even if in the first season he grows slowrr

0.2 is not that fast
Some of my players grow at 0.18 per training session

Over 0.2 means 0.21 /0.22 /0.23
And sure is high for a 4th division player that got stuck at 69 ovr

Same happened with me. Only my 2 playes are grow to 99 rating after that all are stuck at 94 or 95 even though their potential is 99

My team is full of youngsters with high potential, but barely move up despite large amount of play time and level 5 training. I’m also currently undefeated in laliga with espanyol, idk what to do
