@@MSLLOGGING I have a similar unit. no Idea the make or model. Saw spins but can't get it to go up or down. I just bought the unit
Check the solenoids may b bypassing

We have a bar slasher use mostly for 8ft it's on an old barko that d slower than death nice logs
I've got an old 210 same way feels like it takes forever lol
Loving it camera angle was spot on, not complaining but the only thing is the sound and hearing what you are saying , ain't a Logger but watch a bunch of ya'll that are, keep up the struggle
