- Wow, when we laid eyes on The Golden Temple in Amritsar India, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The holiest place in the world for Sikhs/ Sikhism, the Golden Temple, blew us away. The 'Attari / Wagah Border Crossing' ceremony was just amazing (watch our latest vlog). The whole Punjab state is just such a colorful/ beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed this day so much, meeting Sikh people and many selfies. This temple is one the best so you should definitely come to visit here. Actually they banned it recently becuase some people started making tiktoks on songs and stuff so as it is a holy place and these things don’t look nyc but i think they should give permission for vlogs.
Being a sikh it's always such a great experience to see thru tourists eye and the way they react to visiting the golden temple. People maintain a distance from each no matter husband wife just to show a bit of respect to the almighty inside a gurudwara. Also the head scaff are freely available outside premises, use and return it from you took it. Excited to see the free kitchen aka Langar..

Sikhs are the only people I’ve known on this planet who’ll fight for their religion as well as stand and fight to save others religion as well 🇮🇳✨❣️ I came to Canada 2 years ago for studies but trust me all my Sikh freinds and such a large Sikh community here they’ve always guided me and helped me whenever needed. I still remember when COVID hit I lost my job and couldn’t find a job for 3 months at that time a Sikh family allowed me to stay in their house for that time and also they used provide me with food and helped me find a job as well. Now I earn decent and everytime I say them why don’t you take money for all the food, the duration I stayed for free so they just have one answer to that and they say “bas guru ka aashirwad hai beta” and that’s where my respects for them keep growing everyday.
Sikhs are known to feed hungry, help whenever needed and the most important part of mankind.
I’m a Hindu but I’ve been living with Sikh for over 2 years now and trust me I feel more loved and taken care of by this people.

truthdemon I’m not sure where you heard that from, but Sikhism does not practice the caste system. And there is a lot more than just churches, temples, and etc. in india.
truthdemon Guru Gobind Singh Ji set out to abolish the cast system, hence making everyone equal. People still use the system but the Sikh religion does not support it. Get your facts straight before you go throwing out misconceptions.
I think truthdemon is pointing out the hypocrisy that although the Sikh faith does not condone the caste system, Sikhs still perpetuate it (ie, Jat domination with a general disdain for Chamars, Bhapas, Ramgarhias, etc.). It's the strong influence of Punjabi/ Indian culture over faith.
