Emirates is not the type of airline that "makes mistakes". As it has now been nearly two years since their decision to cancel the A350s and opt for the 777ERs and the NextGen Xs. It is now common knowledge as to the reasons behind that decision and ceratainly there has not been any regrets. In fact, another premiere carrier, Qatar, eventualy recognized the very same issues and opted for the 777 series over the A350-9 or 10. Including cancelling existing orders as well. Both airlines are major and serious players; they are managed by the best professionals in the industry and are cosistently rated as the best airlies in the world. They seldom if ever make mistakes and certainly, not of the magnitude that has been alluded. Maybe, Airbus is the one that has made huge mistakes by not fully realizing that airlines such as these, hold people accountable. And so they should.
Emirates, You guys sent old flights to Kochi (COK). It doesn't have the big screen tvs but the old small ones. Pls sent new flights to MY Homeland KOCHI
i flew the 777 from dubai/ manchester. i did not enjoyed the flight as the seats are too close . not enough room from the seat in front and your seat. prefer the A380 anytime

That's because the 777 is designed for 9 seats per row in economy while Emirates has 10. If I ever fly EK, I'm going to seek out A380 flights.
