Hello! As a fan of BanG Dream!, I feel I am obligated to tell you about the franchise and stuff about the game and band you listened to. BanG Dream! Girls Band Party (aka Bandori) is an anime rhythm game with a lot of songs. Almost all of them are from 7 bands. I'll list them: Poppin'Party (aka PoPiPa): more focused on pop than rock, main band in the franchise Afterglow (Aglow): standard rock band Pastel*Palettes (PasuPare): idol band, also focused on pop Hello, Happy World! (HaroHapi): band has mostly cheerful songs, their goal is to make the world smile. Roselia: dark/gothic aesthetic, rock/metal Morfonica: classical rock (there's a violinist) RAISE A SUILEN (RAS): electro rock/metal (they have a DJ) These bands are all real, not fictional. They just have an anime form. Now here is some stuff about RAISE A SUILEN: Vocals & Bass: Raychell (in game her char is Rei Wakana or LAYER (stage name) Guitar: Riko Kohara (in game her char is Rokka Asahi or LOCK (stage name) Drums: Natsume (in game her char is Masuki Sato(u) or MASKING (stage name) Keyboard: Reo Kurachi (in game her char is Reona Nyubara or PAREO (stage name) DJ/Producer: Risa Tsumugi (in game her char is named Chiyu Tamade or CHU² (stage name) Anyways that's all. My favorite live performance of this song, is the rausch und/and Craziness day 1 performance. Great way to end a concert. Also the Repaint performance is another favorite.
I think I'm not wrong saying that the drummer was sort of motion capture by the real drummer, Natsume. The video mix with animation and live are call "Chronical " and are mix of different live video but one live sound, all sync up
Hmmm, this anime life fusion thing and genre is not for me. But damn they seem to pull big crowds for it. fireworks even. good to see live music getting that much hype.
