What does the arrow upwards at 2:20 represent? I see the rope, but I can't get up to it, nor is it the way to the next chapter

There was a arrow pointing downwards at the hotel. It fell when the player walked on it. It landed there.

Most of the challenge comes from broken controls.

Controls are good though. Just the right amount of distance between making jumps and movement speed is slow so you can think ahead.
