idk why this theme fits so well insecure, i feel like insecure is one of the best bosses lore wise. hes insecure about himself and doesnt want to upset the audience and when he messes up the audience laughs at him and this music just compliments that very well.
It's also super interesting to look at their audience and notice how they act less like people and more like an entourage of puppets, all wearing the same mask as Insecure themselves. It's like they're less of a physical congregation of people and more a metaphysical representation of Insecure's own psyche, their doubts and feelings exemplified into real manifestations that cheer the magician on when they succeed and boo them horribly when they fail.

This guy is challenging he’s the fastest boss (we don’t count bulldozer 2nd phase) he’s got he’ll fire and he’s pretty tanky and he can summon red mist (they get one shot by a level 20 pirate) but it’s very balanced.

Thank god I can actually listen to this song propperly without hearing hundreds of effects happening like screams of little man, a piano falling from wherever the fuck and the sounds of jesters using their attacks
hated this boss the first time i saw it but the music kept me going, absolutely incredible theme for such a wee little performer! edit: oh my god that slow trumpet at the end to fit into the intro for looping? that is super clever
