This Georgia team is special. They were getting burnt a little by Missouri’s QB in the beginning of the game and I knew soon enough they would shut that down. They did. I also knew once that happened and the momentum was in their favor with a touchdown, things would open up much more. They did. This Georgia team has shown great ability to improve and learn as the game is played. They’ve shown consistency. They’ve shown great depth. The best example of that, and the best moment of the game for me was the goal line stop at the end of the game. With backups in the game, Georgia held Missouri from the endzone for 3 straight plays at the 1. I don’t think any team is stopping what they have and this team is a legend in the making. I can’t wait to see how this season ends for Georgia
I think that consistency is big tho. Take Alabama. Can put points on the board but with Florida and LSU struggled to stay onto of them, while Georgia offense will put points on the board on them, the defense will absolutely lock them down. Applies to unranked and ranked Only problem is that sure we smacked a lot of well ranked teams, but we have exactly hit an top team year and I don’t wanna call anything until I see it happens. If the offense can be a bit more explosive ( and they will probably steadily get to that point) then we run the board easily.

Stetson was repeatedly saved by his receivers. Had a couple good throws. JT also looked rusty. More scary was that our run game was so sub-par against the worst rush defense in the country. Thank God for the defense and Jordan Davis, including his work on the O-line

Their Run game is insane too, Cook is a monster!

They aren’t the best at running but they do it all well with precision. That Defense. Forget about it. This Georgia D is really good and they are on par with the 2011 Bama D but think about this. The 2016 Bama D is probably the best ever and they got beat by Clemson that year in the Natty. That team had all 11 starters get drafted to the NFL over the course of the next 2 drafts and 6 were 1st rounders, 7 of those 11 players that year scored a defensive td and the D as a whole had 11 Defensive TDs, they were number 1 in rushing, scoring, and total Defense. It was the funnest and most legendary Defense we will probably ever see and Clemson was able to score enough to beat them that year. Don't be too cocky GA fans because it can happen.

Georgia is in a league of their own. They don’t have any weaknesses that I see. They have super special teams. On offense they aren’t the best at passing. They aren’t the best at running but they do it all well with precision. That Defense. Forget about it. I don’t remember any of the best defenses ever that Alabama supposedly had being this dominant and nasty. If Georgia don’t go 15-0 and win it all it will be because they beat themselves somehow. I’m a Clemson fan. Even though they didn’t beat us bad on the scoreboard I saw a dominant championship team even then. That D line was so nasty our oLine was looking abused by the end of the first quarter. They were confused amd even scared.
Stetson scares me. He over throws and is way off target. If it was not for UGA's talented receivers - a lot of those passes would have been incomplete. He may not be so lucky against top 4 ranked teams. We need JT Daniels to get going again. I trust the Defense to hold Alabama to under 14-20. But if Alabama is able to even get a little pressure on Stetson - it could result in major problems if it is always 3 plays and out - 3 plays and out. A couple of field goals will not be enough to beat Bama - even with the top Defense in the nation.

But He Spun Around Which Gave The Defense Time To Make A Tackle. Yet Though If He Had Caught The Ball Flatfooted He Would Have Had The Time To Spin And Run It In. This Georgia D is really good and they are on par with the 2011 Bama D but think about this. The 2016 Bama D is probably the best ever and they got beat by Clemson that year in the Natty. That team had all 11 starters get drafted to the NFL over the course of the next 2 drafts and 6 were 1st rounders, 7 of those 11 players that year scored a defensive td and the D as a whole had 11 Defensive TDs, they were number 1 in rushing, scoring, and total Defense. It was the funnest and most legendary Defense we will probably ever see and Clemson was able to score enough to beat them that year. Don't be too cocky GA fans because it can happen.
