You can do it like a rifle. Lock it in a vise and adjust the scope to point of impact. Three shots at the most.

In the field I use “flags” and set up a circular area from my stand. Different colors for different distances. Less movement from me having to use a range finder.

I love the laser bore sight for the crossbow because arrows are not cheap so if I spend a little on laser bore sight that saves me a lot of money in the long run because I am not losing or damaging arrows..... Great video thank you

Two, three shots tops is all you need. You can take a shot from a fixed position and then look through the scope while adjusting and put the crosshair over the bolt, re aim at bullseye next shot usually dead on.
Yes, that works. Just need to keep the crossbow perfectly steady from the shot all the way through to making the adjustments.

When purchased a crossbow and target, I had also purchased a range finder so when I go out to the hills I’ll set the range finder to the distance I want then set up the table and start practicing
Great idea
I would definitely use separate targets at same distance for each arrow. Grouping arrows can cause micro fractures in the shaft and explode when being shot. Crossbows are not a joke, way too much wound up torque you do not want releasing into your face jaw hands eye splinters etc.

Dumb question: trying to understand if this is correct: any hunting weapon, archery or rifle, they shoot straight already but the scope must be set to tell you where the weapon is firing. Right? Basically you want the scope to snitch?
That is one way to put it. Basically the projectile comes out of the xbow or gun the same way and you are adjusting the scope so the scope is looking at the spot where the bullet or arrow hits.
For £15 you can just buy a Archery Laser Sighting Tool Crossbow / Bow Arrow Sight Bore Sighter Bore Sight. And be done with the long maths
