The Radar room displays some of the equipment that was amongst the last to record interceptions of Soviet Incursions in the final days of the Cold War.
The RAF Operation room is a complete rebuild of the original 1950's RAF Centre.
6 Dormitories were built to sleep up to 300 personnel, on a "hot bed" sharing system.
It Housed a BBC Broadcasting Studio for emergency transmissions

The nuclear bunker was built in 1952 with the original purpose of being a Royal Air Force radar station as part of the ROTOR system, it was official named RAF Troywood.[1] In the 1960s, it was transferred to the Civil Defence Corps. The facility had a cinema, broadcasting capabilities, telephone switchboard, In 1993, it was decommissioned, and became a Cold War museum.
