    Hey All! This is my last upload for a short while. I'm taking a two week break from uploading to kick off September, my birthday month ✨with a bit of ease. I appreciate you all so very much and I will be back with you in two weeks time :) If you want to keep up with me in the meantime, there'll be content on my Instagram and of course, the Intention app to tide you over.     I tend to say 'Ah, today didn't start off great, maybe I'll try again tomorrow' haha. So learning about the first tip on Checkpoints is super helpful! 😆 I guess now I can say 'I'll try again in the next quarter of the day' yesss

    I feel CALLED OUT by the context tip. I absolutely collect to dos that never get done. I'm FINALLY going to start scheduling in life admin days and reevaluate my contexts for to dos. Thank you!!

    That last tip is gold!! I have never seen a table like that and it is genius and resonates with me so much! The idea of achieving goals and sustaining habits with compassion for yourself is speaking to me and I'm so grateful for this video, thank you!

    I've never heard of interstitial journalling! Sounds really interesting and I think I'm gonna try it 😊 are there templates for this?

      Wondering the same! I was just thinking of making up a template myself, but then figured that's an extra task I don't really need to be doing 😅 Keen to hear if anyone has links to some!

    Could you do productivity content for different MBTI personality types? I've seen some of this kind of content online e.g. for my type ENFP who can't really do structured days and schedules so well. It would be awesome to see your take on it Muchelle!

    Wow this has to be my favorite video yet! I’ve been watching you for years and slowly implementing some of your tips from your videos and have seen so much change in my life. Now every time I watch a video I feel like I take your tips more seriously because I’m like yeah what you said before worked for me so you clearly know what you’re talking about haha I’m not sure if that makes lol but I feel like the best part of your videos is the longevity of them all and I rewatch your videos all the time. Also I’m reading elastic habits finally and it’s so crazy that you talked about the mini habits chart because I’m reading the audiobook and he just got to that part and I was like dang how can actually do this and organize my habits visually and then you uploaded this video two hours later. Crazy!!

    Your tips are always so amazing!! I’ve been using notion for a few months now and it’s so great for organizing TH-cam content. And this weekend is going to be me and my boyfriends first marriage meeting!
    I am definitely wanting to include more theme days in my week to get tasks done but I’m not great at being consistent with them 😅

    I use the 'quarters rule' as well to break down my day and it helps me manage my anxiety and get rid of 'tomorrow logic' (where you keep moving things to the next day and they never end up happening)!

    I've never heard of interstitial journaling.
    It seems like an interesting thing that might work for people.
    Also, I find that writing things down helps.

    We must be in sync - the last few times I've logged onto TH-cam thinking "I really need some MuchelleB motivation today" there's been a brand new video. Thanks for the great tips, I'm going to try the interstitial journalling this afternoon and see if that helps me get back on track, and now I'm excited to review my "habits menu" I made a while back. I also made a "Dopa-menu" (Dopamine) after watching a How To ADHD video about a year ago and it was so helpful. They're kind of similar concepts in terms of picking an activity according to energy, time etc. but this time for increasing dopamine rather than sticking to a particular habit. I think it's an awesome to get some more joy and fun into our days which could be applied for those without ADHD too :)

      I work in retail too, and I'm starting to hate the way I repeat myself 1000 times per week. There's no depth, every 5 minutes you start over with the same thing.
