A 3x base mag and 18650 power source would be nice, but it's a start being it's half the price of the RS75 and a little higher base mag. Keep up the good work.
@@shoots1004 thank you!! I’m a big fan of this AGM battery system because it has amazing runtime and is tested and just works! Not all 18650 batteries are created equal so you can have issues from time to time. I do wish it was a 3x but a 2.5x offers great FOV and allows for PIP of 5x 640 res so that’s great!
@@OwnTheHunt AGM also has the Adder V2 1280 res scope that uses two internal, one single removable 18650 battery and has the LRF integrated into the objective lense like the NocPix Ace scopes. They also upgraded the control buttons, which was one of the reasons I sold my Adder V1. AGM has all of the bases covered.
Processor seems like it’s struggling to keep up with the image a little bit. Refresh rate has to be around 25Hz. Is that accurate? The prototype might be different but the 65mm production model is what I’m asking about.
@@Averagedude73 thank you! Looking at their production model I think they went away from this dual mount and went to a single lever mount which I dislike
@ Yea I don’t understand it, they do work as I have a adm single mount on RL42r and xrf but they are centered to distribute the weight plus aesthetically look better. I do see how this cantilever mount with this scope can keep flex from happening but I’m no engineer.
@agmusa You guys are the talk of the town this year! I’m so happy to have gotten to test this unit! I really want to test and review the other new scopes! And I think my new personal scope will be the adder v2 1280 if the audio compares to my iRay RH50R!
@@OwnTheHunt I sold my XRF recently and looking to replace it and really like the adderv2 640 lrf. Just purchased the spectrum 4k lrf and love it besides metric data in ballistic setup but the new layout is nice, audio is still not 100% but the best nightvision scope on the market.
Top seller? I'm pretty sure way more people are gonna be able to afford the $800 rattler. I'm glad I went with my $990 DNT thermnight tnc225r over the rattler tho
25Hz in 1280 sensor doesnt perform the same as a 25Hz in lower resolution models. 1280 sensor and lrf are pretty power hungry so helps keep batt life reasonable. Users shouldnt notice much, if any, difference in tracking moving animals.
AGM went crazy with this one. Insane quality. Thanks for sharing.

Great review as always! I think Agm needed to put a dual mount on this and that side car lrf hanging 😂.

@@Averagedude73 Return to zero has had no issues on our end. Going dual lever just limits distance you can cover going back towards the eye.

75mm or 65mm lens??

Hell yeah! ❤️
The form factor of the rattler is much slimmer and compact and better battery life by miles. Pros and cons to both.
That is SICK!!
This scope is incredible!!!!
@@OwnTheHunt The bird sells it ha-ha
Looks like the frame rate is slow, higher res is nice, but if you get crazy motion blur and latency, you can't hit the running targets effectively

Atn makes a Thor 5 in a 1280x1240 thermal scope.
@@danielstonebreaker4727 but it’s more like a 640…ATN is very far behind when it comes to image quality in thermal.
@@OwnTheHunt yea, I’ve seen a ton of quality control issues with ATN. Thank for the videos.
Awesome review!!! It’s like a 5x base mag 640 scope or a 10x base mag 320. That 10x looks great as well!
