Congratulations! I’m part of the Salton Sea Endurance Sports team, and this is our home race, as we are based in La Quinta. I was so sad when I had to back out of the race due to being sick. Super grateful for this awesome recap. Glad you had an amazing time.

Due to injury, I was at the event as a volunteer instead of a racer. The highlight was seeing Paula fly by on her bike with a huge lead.
