Mutton Sambar/Mutton Curry/ Range Gowda/Badoota

Learn how to make MUTTON SAMBAR/MUTTON CURRY in easy steps.
Ingredients:
MUTTON -750g
Oil -3 table spoon
Onion - 1 Small (sliced)
Tomato - 1 Small (sliced)
Fried Grams - 2 tablespoon
Fresh Grated coconut - 1 small cup
Mutton Masala Powder - 2 teaspoon
Red Chilli powder - 2-3 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
Garlic Ginger Paste -1 teaspoon
Pudina/Mint Leaves -1/4th Bunch
Coriander leaves - 1/4th Bunch
Turmeric - Half teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - Half teaspoon
Salt to taste/1 tablespoon
WATER 1 LTR.
