Instagram Live with Bregje and Noortje de Brouwer (NED) - 28/04/2020

Inside Synchro went live on Instagram with twin sisters Bregje and Noortje de Brouwer from the Netherlands. We talked about the current situation in their country and how they stay motivated, their beginnings in synchro and what it's like to be with your sister at all times, how crazy their schedule was before moving to a more centralized training system in late 2017, as well as what their new coach Esther Jauma has brought them in the last three years that has led to such big improvements.
The twins are on the road to the Tokyo Olympics and have consistently improved over the last few years as they try to qualify their country to the Games for the first time since 2008. Since turning seniors, they have swam at the 2017 and 2019 FINA World Championships, while also notably finishing 10th at the inaugural European Games back in 2015 as juniors.
