How much better is it than the Toyota Venza Limited because the Venza is a Lexus with a Toyota badge and it only cost 46,000 why would I spend 54,000 when I get the same options?

It's the Toyota Crowne Signia. Nott the Toyota Crown Platinum. The Toyota Crowne Platinum is the high performance version of the Toyota Crowne.
