Could you demonstrate that POWER sliding rear glass for me?
Challenger Scatpack all day long. Daily drove it for 3 years. Have to buy it used.
Also a great option. Thanks for the comment!
The r/t is an overpriced turd sandwich
I invested in an Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI AWD, very quick vehicle and the interior is phenomenal! Plus you can tune the motor to achieve 400hp, almost touching the Quadrifoglio Stelvio, that version makes 500+ hp twin turbo V6 they say it’s a Ferrari engine, I’m also big on working on my own vehicle, as far as maintenance, I have learned how to work on the Stelvio, very easy to maintain and handles like a sports car, great vehicle!
Due to the over inflated automotive industry and supply & demand recently some dealers are taking from $8000 to $10,000 off some 2024 Dodge Hornet MSRPs! So it might be a very good time to consider purchasing that new Dodge Hornet!
Que belleza de Camioneta 😍 RAM es RAM
First off, I feel the dual clutch is better suited for lighter weight sporty vehicles, whose owners will enjoy the fast shifts when driving in an aggressive manor. For a family hauler, with a weight of over 2 1/2 tons when the family is in it, a regular torque converter tranny would be better. And the fact that these DCT’s have been out for several years and they still have issues with them doesn’t make feel that they’ll ever get them sorted out. My choice is going to be the hybrid, not because of the mpg, but because it uses the tried and true 6 speed that I’ve abused for years without a hiccup. I’ll missed the extra horsepower, but I can live with a bit less acceleration knowing that my transmission not going to give me issues.
But korean car though
Fantastic insight!
@adamgrosjean369 😆 bro you being sarcastic, but when its time to churn out that 150k, you know this "insight" will come up. Deep down you know it
C'mon man many American men marry European girls so what's wrong with an Alfa Tonale becoming a Dodge? I love the styling of both. Either one will do for me.
BMW screens are just as skinny . If yo want a big screen buy a tesla.
The Dodge Hornet is a well engineered SUV with some Italian flair! It's just a little overpriced!
Thanks for the comment!
Mines a turd sandwich
Great info, can listen longer if that helps)
Americans love European cars. just look at the number of bimmers and mercedes out there
I'm buying one
The current Dodge Hornet share its platform and underpinning with the Alfa Romero Stelvio. Which is a very good vehicle. Unfortunately. People of the west often misunderstood. That all Italian cars are bad. Not true. So was the Chrysler 200 / Dart (discontinued). It was also based off another Alfa Romero. Sleeper cars wayyyy under the radar. Great cars with no marketing.
I have been enjoying my 2014 Dodge Dart SXT with no problems except regular maintenance...
Thanks for the comment. The Dodge Hornet will definitely appeal to some, and its a great example about the value of 'choice'
Great. A classic in many ways. Glad to hear it is still running and making you smile :)
The cracky "entering puberty" voice on that dude is difficult to listen to...
I bet my 1973 Hornet will outlive a Alfa Romero Hornet
Thanks for your comment. As both Chris and Jack point out, this car may not be a great fit for many US based consumers
This shouldnt be compared to a rav4. Rav4s are made to last and worth the money. This is an unrefined lease special (scam) for non-car people.
Thanks for your comment. As both Chris and Jack point out, this car may not be a great fit for many US based consumers
This feels like a larger more luxury version of the new Camry
Why did you not finish your statement near the end where you said "seat of my pants choice" - what would that have been, and how does an online research panel out between the Honda and what that other choice would have been? Also, is the Honda "Cadillac smooth and quiet" or Honda Civic rough? Meaning how would it compare to a Model Y?
EVs don't have common safety standards for battery. Any dangerous chemistry and design seems to just pass for now. Same goes for repairabilty. Industry needs standardized battery cells so that independent repair shops can repair them and cars are not totalled from simple scratchs to battery like they now can.
Supra is holding value very well in used market in Europe now. I was considering but not over Mustang GT now. Interested in new MR2 when it comes
Thank you for the comment. The Supra is a great option for performance oriented consumers, though it is not inexpensive
THE 8 SPEED DUAL CLUTCH IS HAVING LOTS OF PROBLEMS, THEY ARE SOMETIMES LASTING JUST A WEEK AND THEN KERPLOW, IT GRENADES, THE HYBRID HAS THE BETTER TRANS.
MY GRANDAUGHTER JUST GOT ONE, SHE LOVES IT, THEY GOT THE HYBRID THOUGH. SAME COLOR
Corrections [re U.S. market]. Starts at $45,000. 26 cu ft of rear cargo space is 10 less than RAV4 and 13 less than CRV. Much less ground clearance than Subaru Outback. Horsepower is 240, NOT over 250. No spare tire. Sunroof does not open.
Slow recharge time for a 2024. For that reason, I'm out. Kia, Hyundai, Tesla have vehicles that charge in 20 minutes.
It's the Toyota Crowne Signia. Nott the Toyota Crown Platinum. The Toyota Crowne Platinum is the high performance version of the Toyota Crowne.
Thanks. Yes. Our guest host Matt misspoke a couple of times during his review and referred to the vehicle as the 'Crown Platinum'. Sorry for the confusion.
I'm confused. In the title it says "road test" but I heard nothing related to actual vehicle on the road testing. I was curious as to how to low milage rating ACTUALLY performs when someone ACTUALLY takes it on the road.
The front looks like a fly’s eye… the rear side looks like a hearse … who designs these ugly things?
The Venza gets 42-45 miles per gallon.
How much better is it than the Toyota Venza Limited because the Venza is a Lexus with a Toyota badge and it only cost 46,000 why would I spend 54,000 when I get the same options?
We already have the configuration guide for the 2025 LT and know what’s on it. It’s a great value and is $34,995 with the destination fee included. I’ve driven both the 2024 FWD and AWD and loved both of them.
Great. Thanks for the comment!
Thanks for the comment, and thanks for watching/listening!
The base version is coming with the 2025 model which should be released in Aug 2024. It will be $35,000 including destination. I test drive one and it was very smooth. The alw drive has better performance. I didn't think the upper trims make sense but the cheaper version are a good deal. Get it with 19 inch wheels as the 21 inch will decrease your range
Thank you for the comment. And thanks for watching!
There is no android auto or apple car play on the equinox. It’s one of the biggest complaints about the vehicle.
Thanks Ryan. You are correct. Chris mispoke. He was thinking about his other EV (Honda Prologue) which does have the tech. Thank you for watching!
My wife bought the Equinox EV 2LT AWD and the google system is very good and I like it better then the apply CarPlay in my 21 Sierra and you can download various navigation apps. Everyone was initially complaining about the potential subscription but GM threw in everything for 8 years. I love the vehicle and the AWD is pretty peppy

Thanks for the review! -- I bought my 2023 Outlander PHEV (SEL Premium) 4 weeks ago - local dealer (Columbus, Ohio - USA) had 7 Outlander PHEVs on the lot. I got mine for $1,200 UNDER MSRP and the dealer gave me $31,500 for my 2018 Acura TLX -- I paid $18,000 plus tax for the Outlander. I have driven 1,340 miles -- getting 78 MPGe. I am plugging it in every night for my daily commute and weekend errands. It feels "luxurious" inside -- premium leather, panoramic roof, 360 camera, power folding heated side mirrors, heated steering wheel, heated seats, hands-free tailgate, head up display, Bose speakers AND massaging seats! If I take a longer drive, I will have no "range anxiety." Plus, the Outlander has a 10-YEAR WARRANTY. ONE BIG NOTE: the owner's manual clearly states that the 3rd row is ONLY for people under 5' 3." I do not need a 3rd row, so I "tri-fold" it. This opens up a HUGE, DEEP storage well. And, I can stack duffel bag items on the folded 3rd row! The RAV4 Prime may have better overall mpg, but the 18-month wait and $12,000 "dealer adjustment" are outrageous. One local dealer wanted $65k for loaded Prime with MSRP of $52k. Fully loaded Corsair was also $65,000 -- just too much for a compact SUV -- and a LOT less storage capacity than the Outlander. I did not consider Kia or Hyundai brands -- "Kia boys" have stolen 3,000 of them in my area (and assaulted drivers in the process). This is a real issue. Lastly, my home solar panels will be installed in 6 weeks along with a Level 2 charger in my garage. The Outlander PHEV is the PERFECT choice for me in 2023. Final note: the local dealer now has 14 Outlander PHEVs on the lot and offering $1,250 off MSRP. Availability, luxury, value and price -- a great vehicle to "step into" electrification!
Thank you Richard for your reply. Yes, the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is a great car and we are big fans!
Kona ev 👍
FYI getting the AWD option eliminates the Magnet 🧲 Ride suspension on the CT4-V Series. The Blackwings don't get AWD.

G70 owner here. I use Eco sometimes. The 3.3T has so much torque that using Eco with lots of throttle is actually fun pulling through the low rpms with short shifts... There really isn't a point using eco to save gas, the 3.3T is always thirsty, lol. The infotainment is plain but just works. Fabulous car.
Thanks for your comment. It sounds to me like you're one of the few who actually likes to use all the "toys" and understands what they're doing. I get it. It's fun to do that. You're right-- the 3.3T is thirsty, especially with someone who likes to apply the right foot liberally. Nothing wrong with that. As you heard, I like the G70 a lot. North American Car of the Year, too. Best, Jack R. Nerad
