@@nightmare3564 man, i dont know know, it really depends on you foot shape. I tried my usual 41 and i felt like dying, super super super tight. I went up to 42, i do have some space ahead of the toes but no issue at all. I play 2-3 times a week, full 60mins no break and they are splendid.
I would recommend to try them in a shop before buying or get multiple sizes online and see which one fits.
