    Immagine yourself in the middle of a battlefield, bullets are flying everywhere, the ground is just a mixture of mud, blood and body parts, artillery shells are falling with their whistling sound, and the explosions make your hears ring.
    Then, suddently, you see a man flying above the battle, and his Windeheilm scream reaches you.

    Awesome shovel kills! I've actually been using your videos to teach about The Great War in my history class. You've truly captured the immersive brutality this game offers, and these videos have been a great visual tool to help my students understand the misery of First World War combat. They really respond to the melee kill animations in the game and how savage and soul dwindling killing your fellow man face to face with shovels and make shift clubs must have been. Can't wait to see your take on Passchendaele and The Somme!

    Additionally, I know it's a bit of a nitpick, but Stormtrooper battalions had strict entrance requirements, one of which being that soldiers could not be over 25 years old. In the video you show two soldiers - e.g. Frederich Leitz 1890 - 1918 & Otto Seelenlos 1888 - 1918, to be in the elite force, despite that being historically unlikely.

    Perhaps you could do a video to portray the Reserve-Guarde-Pioneer regiment of the German Army during WW1. The Pioneers were also amongst Germany’s elite for their use of flamethrowers. In fact, the German Army picked firefighters from all across the country to serve as flamethrower operators due to them tending to be used to large flames. They also used some specialized infantry weapons like the Lange-Pistol 08 (Artillery Luger) and Madden, along with the standard Gewehr 98 rifle. Unfortunately, the Kar.98AZ didn’t make it’s way in the game which is another weapon Pioneers would use.

    This was the end everyone knew that the germans knews this so they must act quickly before the americans arrive and bolster the enemy numbers. If amien were to be taken from british control france would surely surrender. The british soldiers fought the german soldiers with ferocity matching that of a mighty lion no matter how many stormtroopers and flamewefers they threw at them they will not be defeated.

      Ahem, the maps in Battlefield 1 technically take place in 1917 - 1918 (Some maps actually took place in 1916; Verdun, Fort Vaux, and the Somme). I know WWI started in 1914, ended in 1918, but they're no maps for me to make a battlefield video that takes place in 1914 - 1915.

    Ludendorffs plan was stupid because he set no clear objective and underestimated entente defenses. The strategies themselves were brilliant.

    • @monkeymoment6478
      @monkeymoment6478 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s easy to call something stupid in retrospect when you know the full picture. Ludendorff tried to at least make sure that those soldiers didn’t die for nothing and Germany gained something out of the whole ordeal, even if they could not win anymore. The spring offensive was a last ditch effort. It wasn’t meant to have clear objectives. It was a punch to the face to force an armistice. I don’t blame him one bit, knowing how the entente treated the nation after with the Treaty of Versailles. It didn’t take much foresight to know someone was going to pay for all of the destruction, even if they weren’t entirely to blame.
