TOO rude, those builders trying to take pictures on the sly! For goodness sakes, Randy's design isn't a secret. He's shown the inner workings of his factory assembly line, and has been kind enough to show every detail of the build on TH-cam so that potential customers understand the quality and integrity that goes into EVERY Incredible Tiny House. Other builders may try to copy what ITH is doing, but no one will EVER be able to match, or even come close to, the care and customer service that ITH provides.
And he's even said that he welcomes others to try to do the same thing, because they are so much needed now, all across this huge country. There's no way he can fulfill all the demand, and he's a realist.
Well said! And kindly generous! So many negative comments out there. Appreciate you championing Randy. He's got a phenomenal vision! Best wishes from northern Illinois USA.
They probably are taking pictures because it’s easier to see the tiny homes in person than on a video and I bet a lot of the visitors are also taking photos too
I have noticed that there have been many companies trying to do the tapes like Randy. One man was so irritating I just had to turn him off. I enjoy the banter between Randy and Amanda. My sense of humour is like theirs so I watch their videos for entertainment. This is a little different but ver cosy. Like that a loft has been added although I would have to but a railing on the side of the loft like a kids bunk bed so I wouldn't fall out. Even a twin bed downstairs can be done up as a sofa by adding pillows.
Those builders need to realize that there are a lot of the population that cannot afford their expensive homes with no options. This takes people off the streets. NOW we have to continue educating those making the rules for extended living in people's back yards. Thank you Newport Randy, Amanda and the gang ❤️ for giving people hope.
how? people have the key money ? if the money was for down payment on home and 200.for rent like they originaly stated I can see how that would help . But the key money just made it too expensive for me and I was really looking forward to it ,but to bad for me I guess ..just makes it too expensive .
I think that was the original purpose of the Incredibox? And from their posts they are still working with this. The size got bigger IF desired. He commented as well about buying / paying off that box, AND adjoining it to the first. 👍🏻😇🙏🙏🙏
Those buying 8x20 shipping containers can learn a lot from you guys. This is how you lay out a floor plan! I don't plan to have a TV, so I would put a full size dresser and a comfortable arm chair in. I don't need a desk because I don't plan to do any type of work that requires that. This is perfect for me!
I absolutely LOVE the 8x20 Incred’i’Box and after Amanda finished decorating it WOW 🤩!! There will be other Tiny House Builders looking around at the 8x20 and thinking how the heck are they making these homes so good and so inexpensive!!! Sending you lots of love and prayers to you both and I hope that you sell tons of the 8x16’s and the 8x20’s 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The Incred-I-Box looks beautiful Amanda!!! Great job! I can't believe other tiny homes aren't decorated. Y'all are gonna crush it there. Have a great weekend!
I totally love that the bigger ibox is not much more in price! And Amanda you did a great job in displaying how to use the space. I love it! and I think the "i " tee tops will be a big seller.
I love that pipe ladder as an option! These are fantastic, and so affordable compared to everything else out there. I enjoy the thought of using paint, barn wood, etc to make it my own. That's part of the fun of it, bringing what's in your imagination to life!
Looks fantastic! Can't believe no one else decorated. I think the decorations will help show what people can do with these Incred-i-box's. Seeing it decorated will help people picture it with all the furniture and such. Thats how I am i have a hard time picturing it until i see it. Awesome job guys. I pray you make lots of sales over the weekend.
We are also so glad you both made it safely, love the inside too it's beautiful! Oh by the way ,we agree with Randy put that microwave off the counter lol! ,maybe on top of the fridge , don't won't to cover up that beautiful wood 😀🙂

I want to love the decor because Amanda NEVER disappoints me but this time I have to say "less is more" 😟I will remove the vines on the windows and in general I will say too many fake plants makes the place look tacky rather than fancy 😥 The incred-i-box is still Incredible simple as it is!! Please I don't mean to make a rude comment, just trying to help and my personal opinion ❤
OMG! You two NEVER disappoint! Amanda, fabulous decorating. Randy, thanks so much for this great design. I love it and a lot of people will too. Hoping the sales go thru the roof. God Bless!
Finally, been waiting for this forever. Thousands of tiny house customers have been looking for tiny house shells so we can do it ourselves put our own stamp on it. All we needed was a company like Incredible tiny homes to get the construction going where we can take it from that point and not worry about codes and certifications.
That street-look is incredibly beautiful oh it’s beautiful. Those pallets are free here right across the street. Plants! My off-grid mentality rejects a TV. Without the more common amenities there is plenty of room for a washer/dryer, the fav. Very well done. wow
There is a homeless young man that built a tiny house on the sidewalk in LA (I think) out of materials that people had thrown away. I wish he could get a job with you. He seemed like a motivated guy and he had his little house so nicely decorated with plants around the front and everything! If communities would allow tiny houses it would be so helpful to so many people! Beautiful little home that you have showcased!
I believe a home is what you make it and Amanda your added touches make these tiny homes look warm, and cozy! Praying fo a good outcome in Fresno. Maybe, someday in the future ya'll can make a trip out here in Texas.
Amanda they have lite portable washers on Amazon that you can take and store in the shower and drain in the shower . that would work for on the road washer and not very heavy
Wow, so cool, Randy and Amanda, you got this ☺️ Amanda great job with the design. I'm a resident of The Grove, can't wait to meet you guys, thanks for the inspiration and the Great job your doing for the future of tiny home living. Hugs 🤗 to you both
The 8×20 looks really nice. Great job Amanda decorating it. Randy u look like a proud papa. I'm so glad for y'all they will come.Have a wonderful time.
Well done Amanda! Randy the "i" looks great. I was absolutely floored to see the barn wood you added under the bunk. That warmed up the space so nicely. Should I ever get one ...I want that lol. I like the wood shelf idea in the kitchen as well. And the one thing I just can't get over...is how it's off-grid. Just such gift this THOW is to the community...so versatile! Praying for success and for you all to have safe travels back home. Don't fall in love with California...it's going to end up in the ocean LOL. Come to Tennessee.
It really looks nice up there. It reminds me of another tiny house with an elevator bed, where they made a southwestern looking wood mosaic below it. There are so many ways to be creative with it - paint a design or cover it with a beautiful wallpaper, fabric, quilt, whatever!
@@chezmoi42 I agree I was a American Red Cross CPR First Aid and Safety Instructor back when we were pregnant with Our Surprise 3rd. Now in the USN like his dad and big Brother. 🎖️🏅🎖️ . The point is I know it's DIY I would put in some kind of lil railing on the Living Room loft . @Incredible Tiny Homes : Amanda they have those barriers in the children's dept to protect the children when on top.
That looks SO awesome, you two!!!! I hope, one day, you will come to the Northeast and be a part of a Tiny Home Show there. I wonder if they'll do one on the Big E Fairgrounds in W. Springfield, MA? When I win my millions, I plan to buy some land up here and ask Randy to come up and plan out a Tiny Home Community with me! Keep up the great work! I hope you sell a TON of I-Boxes and have safe travels back to TN. Big hugs! ~caden
For your next shows you might want to get some inexpensive easels and make some foam board displays with pics for other versions of the incredibox. The hunting cabin for sure and maybe make one up to look like an old camper ie: the old diner style fold down table-bed thing, etc ( and highlight it as a travel camper and ease of pulling etc) That way people can see the different ways they can use these!
@@Swim136 they can be outside. These kind of easel/ foam board displays I’m talking about are normal at these kinds of shows. Also people are primed to stop and look at them more closely but not used to with wall art. They can also be placed near the waiting line for people to look at while they are waiting for their turn to tour...
@@julianne089 I would love to look at images of other decorated incred-i-boxes while waiting in line! These homes are so inspiring, especially with Amanda's wonderful design vision!
@@bellaluce7088 I think so too! Plus sometimes people need a picture to see all the possibilities! I should add I wouldn’t have recommended the diner table/ bed thing except I heard Randy talking about wanting to make one as a possible amenity one time in a video. :). When they get up to the shows in places like Iowa they are going to have a lot of interest in the camping/ hunting/ snowbirding aspects of the incredibox!
@@julianne089 Totally agree that it would be cool to see one with a dining nook to bed conversion at the end! I have thought of doing that with a counterweight elevator bed overhead as well instead of the loft, as in The Camper tiny house by Build Tiny New Zealand. In bunk bed mode with the dinette converted to a bed that setup can sleep parents and two kids or up to two adult couples comfortably! Even for long-term living it would be a great way to have both a comfortable sitting/dining area AND a bed you can just pull down without conversion when you're ready to sleep. I would want a Lagun table mount or some other mechanism to make it easy to lower the table out of the way. So much creativity and flexibility in tiny houses, and I love seeing Randy and Amanda's collaborations!
It’s a great premise. A person can personalize and paint and make it theirs. You supply the safety and investment in a solid built home. The market is there for affordable housing. Great job you guys. Thank you for the info and the video!!!
What a beautiful creation you all made, both inside and out! Eye-catching outside; and I, personally, love the turqoise/teal blue contrast with the tangerine-yellow door. Amanda, that interior is warm and inviting and wonderfully cozy. Many blessings for ITH from this gathering 🌻🌻🌻
I love it! I heard what you said about putting an armoire in there, but I'd prefer to have a closet where the fridge is and put a fridge over where the sink and kitchen window are, and just move the sink and kitchen window over toward the living room a bit. You've got plenty of room for that in the 20 footer! Just an idea.
If you like a small fridge You could move the fridge up towards the tank so it would be on a shelf. Then you could hang a close rack under the fridge. That way the clothes hanging which sometimes look messy will be out of the way and the fridge would be upright better to reach. Just love what you guys have done to the incredible boxes. Amanda I just love the little (( I )) that you came up with to put on T shirts. All the best this weekend and I hope that people that got burned out by fires 🔥 will see this home, and see the value in it. It would be interesting to know how the little town of Paradise has faired i over the last years and if it has been reestablish.
Did a great job. Did not even recognize the posting, till now. Love the ladder, extra shelving etc. You could also grow real garden flowers or veggies on the pallets outside. I thought they were going to raise both the off grid water, but apparently only solar went up, 2.5k. that is great, if so. Wish I had tried to buy the solar unit before price change. Just thought it was a $5k increase for both off grid. Wish they would post or make more clear!
Wow is this ever comfy and beautiful! Fantastic decorating inside and out!! I love it overall and would only change a couple things for myself. A fold away ladder that flattens against the wall and a window on the back wall in the loft. I could easily see myself living in this.
You may already know this, but they've mentioned in previous videos that you can add additional windows yourself! Not sure about the placement for structural stability, but it's so cool that these are customizable in so many ways!
OMGsh, ya’ll blew it out of the water! It looks amazing!😍 People are going to be amazed at the show. I can’t wait to get my 8x20 Incredibox I ordered last week. Good luck with sales at the show.🤞❤️
All right! This is the video I've been waiting on! Y'all have done a wonderful job on this video! Decorated in and out. WOW!!! It's so beautiful. Now people have a great chance to dream with you. Thanks Amanda and Randy😁
You could mount a pipe under the loft at the foot of the bed to hang clothes, you’ll still have a lot of room underneath for your feet & you can run a track around it for a curtain if you wanna hide it. Or you could buy a tower shelf, one of those that are about 1 1/2 feet wide and 6 feet tall, turn it side ways (horizontal) & mount it under the loft against the back wall to put folded clothes… or you could even just mount kitchen cabinets under the loft for clothes storage.
I love your recommendation and I'm trying to get 1 in the next few months only thing holding me up is the loan. I was approved for a mortgage of $180,000 from USDA Rural development. But a bank won't give me a personal loan for $25,000. Go figure lol I have not a bone in my body that can decorate or think out of the box when it comes to decorating so your recommendation were on the money. Thank you!
@@Jerseygrl1224 Aw thank you so much that’s so sweet of you to say. I’m glad I could help you figure out some solutions for the space. You know, I can’t remember if I saw it on their (ITH’s) website or in one of their videos, but I know they work with 1 or 2 personal loan companies to help people finance their tiny homes. I’ve never used them before so I can’t say if it’s a reputable company or if their rates are good etc, but it may be worthwhile to look into… I figure if other ITH customers have used them it might be easier to get approved for their personal loans. Or if you’re one of ITH’s first 100,000 TH-cam subscribers, don’t forget to signup to win their “giveaway house”… in which case you may not have to worry about getting a loan AT ALL if you win 😁. Have a good one Christine.
@@The.Hawaiian.Kingdom I knew about them. Did you see the video of randy telling us that the company 21st Century will not give loans to ITH buyers? They want Randy to split his company into 3 separate companies due to some legal mumbo jumbo but until he does these corrections no 1 will get any loans. I get some ideas from Pinterest. I have screenshot after screenshot. I found this picture of a room that the walls look like they did some kind of faux painting and it actually is beautiful. They look like the walls have fur 😂
I have been on the fence about purchasing one of these. But this video with Amanda’s decorating ideas has been amazing for me to see. I am a visual person. I needed to see how it would all work. I work in Phoenix (will see you at the Phx show in December) but I live two hours plus away. The commute is killing me. This may very well be the answer to my work/commute dilemma as I could place this completely off grid in Phoenix. It could be my home away from home and I could have my dog with me. The most important thing… being able to have my dog with me. Absolutely awesome. Kudos to ITH…
I'm a big fan of tiny houses and can't wait to order merchandise. Amanda's decorative touches are appealing to the use of small spaces. I'd use a horizontal Murphy bed couch combo with side storage rather than a daybed.
Just a great day. It's beautiful, so happy for you both and ITH company.and family. All your hard work is paying off. The show will be amazing opportunity for many, sellers and buyers. Wanted to be there with you. See you in The Grove soon. Beautiful design. Chris :)
I am in Bakersfield and if I were not going to be out camping this weekend I would have been there! Love what you guys are doing. I have ideas about moving to TN someday. Hope you have a great show. Maybe I can catch up with you next year if you come back out.
It looks fantastic! 😍 I love the colours outside & the pallet shelves! Are you guys STAYING in it? You could have an Anwar & put a small TV inside of it? The only thing it needs is an awning over the front door ? One that is mountable? 🖤💚🧡

So much creativity and flexibility in tiny houses, and I love seeing Randy and Amanda's collaborations!
Great idea!!
It’s a great premise. A person can personalize and paint and make it theirs. You supply the safety and investment in a solid built home. The market is there for affordable housing. Great job you guys. Thank you for the info and the video!!!
AMANDA! I love it! RANDY I love the pipe ladder! Could store your blankets or towels o the seasonally too!
I love this beautiful. Amanda did a beautiful job decorating, Randy did great
I'm sold!!! 8x20 is beautiful 💜💜💜
Glad everyone made it safe
Everything looks fabulous Guys, hard to believe it's colder in California then Tennessee, 80° here. Have fun Guys. 🙏👍💙
Amanda had worked her magic again!! Miss seeing ur awesome decorating.
I love it! I heard what you said about putting an armoire in there, but I'd prefer to have a closet where the fridge is and put a fridge over where the sink and kitchen window are, and just move the sink and kitchen window over toward the living room a bit. You've got plenty of room for that in the 20 footer! Just an idea.
Perfect minimalist logo for the perfect minimalist Ibox! ❤️
So pretty, and very comfortable looking, great price, thank you both!!!and the crew, oh and Ace too!
Looks great! I love the wood under the loft. So pretty. Doesn't need to be perfect!
We love ITH crews!!!!
Check their website for current pricing.
You folks are great! You make it affordable for us all!
Also a big hello to Naomi & Rio. We feel like we met Naomi when she came out to TN would love to also see Rio. Best wishes today guys!
@@bellaluce7088 Yes, I recall seeing that it's easy to chop a hole in the side for windows, etc! DIY, indeed!
That gold door looks so nice against the other colors!
👍👍🏼 𝓲 Thanks. Off-grid is the way to go - for the unstable future we are seeing right now.
Amanda you did an amazing job on the decorating - just beautiful!!
That looks Fantastic, Amanda you have Outdone yourself! Amazing!
Everything looks great!!! Love the decorations 😍 ❤ ♥ 💕 ☺ 😄
Amanda, you are such a great decorator! You make it simple yet so livable. Not too gawdy....gorgeous!❤️
I think the new logo-I looks like a combo of a mountain and ocean waves. And the dot can be the sun. Nice! :D
Wow Amanda, what a great job decorating. It's so beautiful.
I finally FINALLY am so happy to see the 20' decorated.. it looks amazing!!!
This tiny house looks lovely! I absolutely adore the colors and counter top!
That incred-box looks amazing. It’s gorgeous on the inside and out
Best of luck at the show! May you blow sales to the moon❤
Great idea! Can you park it in your company pkg lot? A two hour commute is a killer. This will keep you younger longer!
Amanda thank you for sharing your decorated skills
Great to meet you today and see your incredible Tiny home!🙏
Too cute to Pop...loven all of the added features of Off Grid 💥 ❤️💥🌼💥
Good morning guys from Tennessee, we absolutely love tgat tiny home you guys did an amazing job decorating it love love it!
I love the way it's decorated LOL everything about it's beautiful
Looks so great! So homey and comfortable 😌 Glad everyone arrived safely after the travel mishap. Have a great time in CA.😇
I'm a big fan of tiny houses and can't wait to order merchandise. Amanda's decorative touches are appealing to the use of small spaces. I'd use a horizontal Murphy bed couch combo with side storage rather than a daybed.
magnificent! did I tell you how much you are appreciated.
So beautiful and affordable too! No one has anything to compare ❤
Amanda you did an amazing job. You got great taste. Getting closer to getting mine.
Decorating is nice. Neutral enough for everyone.
You need a merchandise tab on your website…. I’ve heard about shirts and hats and stuff but no place to buy. Please?! 😊
Amanda you did an awesome job decorating❣️ You are so good at every detail.
Great Job ITH TEAM!!!!.
This is absolutely amazing!❤️ Definitely decorated makes a huge improvement 💕
OMG I want to buy a T-Shirt 🧢 & cap ❤😊 Great job you guys it came out so cute & cozy inside & out ❤
Just a great day. It's beautiful, so happy for you both and ITH company.and family. All your hard work is paying off. The show will be amazing opportunity for many, sellers and buyers. Wanted to be there with you. See you in The Grove soon. Beautiful design. Chris :)
Gorgeous space!!! Love it and of course the happy, wholesome banter of you two!!
I am in Bakersfield and if I were not going to be out camping this weekend I would have been there! Love what you guys are doing. I have ideas about moving to TN someday. Hope you have a great show. Maybe I can catch up with you next year if you come back out.
They'll be in Del Mar, CA in March. I can't wait to go!
It looks fantastic! 😍 I love the colours outside & the pallet shelves! Are you guys STAYING in it?
You could have an Anwar & put a small TV inside of it?
The only thing it needs is an awning over the front door ? One that is mountable? 🖤💚🧡
