I loved the black skirt and the burgundy blouse. Loved the sparkly black skirt as well, you can always pull off the short skirts but I understand I would be worried wearing the short stuff! 💕💕

Def the pleated mini!! Thicker tights that aren’t see through works with short minis. Sometimes I will even wear leggings.
Try the burgundy shirt with the longer shirt. Sometimes it may be worth having a seamstress either hem a longer skirt to your preferred length. Especially if it’s timeless. Also black tights allow you to wear shorter skirts( with black undies too) and with legs like yours! Do it!

Oooo could you do a Halara haul? They have stretchy comfortable joggers and trousers and all sorts 😊 Even some snazzy shirts and blouses 😊 They're clothes look great on adverts but I don't know how they are in real life

I think the burgundy blouse would look nice with the longer black pleated skirt I think the jumper with the pearls on made the long play skirt look frumpy it was not the skirt itself it was the jumper with it the jumper was really pretty with jeans or black trousers it would look lovely x

Hardest thing for me is length of skirts. After losing almost 200 lbs I constantly say it needs to be longer. I've been told length should go to the ends of finger tips. You look so good in the mini shirts! They don't look to short at all
Sort sequin dress looks really nice with your opaque tights. You can get away with short dresses when you have super opaque tights

Cute stuff such a bummer it didn't work out for you. Im sorry. I can't help with the joggers because I can't find a good pair myself this yr sadly. But I was going to suggest if your able to order from Woman Within where you are I would try them for tshirts, tunics if you want the tshirt to be a little longer! They are great quality and so many color choices! I have so many. Good luck

To shorten long jumpers - get a big elastic band or an exercise band, tuck the jumper over it and up inside. The band will hold the tucked up portion in place.

Long pleated skirts, look best on the straight up and down girls… those of us that have hips it’s just flares out. I’ve tried for years because I love the look of it, but I’ve never loved it on me and all the ones I’ve bought over the years have stayed in my closet. But but I did think with the sweater out It was really cute like an cozy outfit.for work

- silver sequins dress suits you great, especially with the thick thighs that won’t show a thing.
- love the black sparkle skirt with the top. But top is too short and could use length.
- try the long skirt with a different top. It’s the top that makes it frumpy looking
- that pearl top needs to go over jeans to make it work
- maybe burgundy top with long pleated skirt?
- not sure about short pleated skirt; needs different styling
- burgundy jumper dress is slightly too figure hugging around tummy. The one you wore at the start of the video has a better fit.
- love the combo with jumper and short pleated skirt. You look amazing. Add some comfy boots and if you go
- the old pink jumper looks amazing either way. Long with pants or skirt, maybe different looking skirt. Folded (French tuck maybe) work as well.
- have you tried the leggings from Snag? Maybe they will work for your shape?
- can you even have too many joggers??? 😂 but I agree they need to be comfy. Maybe try a men’s fit instead of a girls size. Men get a bit more room for their area 😉

H & M probably size their minis for 5'4" to 5'6". You definitely look great in them but for comfort you may need to try somewhere that caters for taller girls.
I think the problem is in the sizing . If you order a larger size i think it will fit you better.
That silver sequin dress would look lovely over a long (maxi?) satin skirt! It would tie in with the bow and keep you covered. 😉

The skirts and dress aren't as short as you think and look great on you i think you should keep both plus you're wearing black tights... i feel your used to wearing long skirts so you think they're too short x
Yes the silver dress and the miniskirt are the same length. Get yourself denser tights then all the important are 100% covered. Couple thoughts. Silver dress… get a seamstress to add a flapper like fringe to the bottom.
Black mini skirt … same seamstress could add a lace fringe to the bottom. I know it’s an extra step but that silver dress would be well worth the alteration
Observation…. I think what you are seeing or feeling isn’t working for you is the tuck in. When you tuck in your shirt your body looks disproportionate. When you untucked that pearl top it corrected that and the outfit ramped up in cuteness. It’s the same visually with that green top and skirt. If your tops have a defined bottom to them try wearing them untucked. It actually makes you look more balanced.
Such a changing journey as one’s body changes. Figuring out what works and doesn’t. BURGANDY is a YES colour for you.

The first dress is too short but it is adorable and i think you could wear it with black leggings and gold dressy shoes. Don't like the sequin skirt it makes your hips stick out. Love the Burgundy top. Unfortunately at 5 9 I think you have to give up mini skirts. Try old navy, they sell everything in talks so the mini's would give you couple more inches

Did you deal with body dysmorphia after losing weight? Did you tend to grab bigger sizes?
I get this completely, I have dropped from a size 32 to a 22 but I still buy things too big for me, I look at a 20/22 item and think it will never fit me, buy a 24 and end up returning it, I so badly need to get out of the habit.
I have gone from size 30 to size 18. I do not recognize myself on our security cameras! I have started buying smaller sizes in the past few months. I lost the weight over 11 years and I’m just now wearing fitted clothes that aren’t too big for me.

Too short and too small. You are tall and longger lengths. Go for tall plus size garments.
I would wear a top or sweater over the skirts, something that goes beyond your waist. If not, the top/sweater accentuates your belly. HM have made everything very short the last years, thats why people choose shein instead. Tucking is flattering ONLY on slim girls.
I think you need to find a thicker fabric pleated skirt, that fabric is too thin and doesn't fall as nice as a thicker fabric would!

I think losing the tummy is the hardest part for anyone trying to lose weight. My twins are nearly 12 and I have the joys of the c section overhang too! I’m 20 lbs down myself with about another two stone to lose to get down to a ‘healthy weight’ now but still very self conscious about my stomach
If getting rid was as easy as , just do it, everyone would. Sometimes, there are health issues or medications that add weight. It is not an excuse but some things to consider before you judge another person. ❤
