What could possibly be the problem if I test print and it shows complete black and when I try to print in best print the print is ok but when I try to print in standard/normal print and fast print there are white lines even though the test print shows that my black ink is fine.

@@WorkPointComputer yes I tried that (standard and advanced cleaning) for 2 weeks now cuz the repair man can't fix it and keeps telling me to clean the head. The best print is ok but it's too slow and uses lot of ink. I need the normal print to work without white lines cuz I print a lot of notes. There's still white lines even though the test print says the black is fine it's so frustrating hahaha.
