    I didn’t know people still used oil coolers haha. If Blockhead doesn’t have overheating issues on Goldzilla I’m not totally convinced it’s necessary.
    I guess it won’t hurt if you have $500 laying around.

    • @IndestructibleMFG
      @IndestructibleMFG  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Not saying blockhead doesn’t ride long haul cos we don’t know him but we sure do. Took the el diablo from California to Toronto last year and have already done multiple trips this year. Those long days will put more wear on a motor vs a day trip here and there. Also, yeah for 500 bucks we rather be safe than sorry and have some extra protection on an expensive build

    Can't really go off the "feel" of a bike running hot. Too many extraneous variables. The only way to see if it's running cooler is measuring the temperature of the actual oil flowing through the system.

  • @godsmack7734

    I really think it's the way Harley designs cooling on their models. I have a Low Rider ST and a Nightster Special. Nightster is liquid cooled from the factory and still feels hot when I am at a traffic light after the highway. Not as hot as the Low Rider but hot enough that I still feel it. Now the Goldwing I have with True liquid cooling, never feels hot. Even on the longest ride on the hottest day. I just think Harley only designs their cooling to please old school buyers so it's not as effective as other brands.
