    1B) Cable Bicep curls 4x15

    2A) Row 3x8-10
    2B) 21’s 3x7/7/7

    3A) Face pulls 3x12
    3B) Lat pull overs 3x12

    4A) Pull ups 3x failure

    Core: Roll outs 3x10

    Cardio:
    Row intervals 30/30 x 5 mins
    Stair climber 1min/1min x10 mins
