@@clonnlijinhlong2713 Public Beta. It's still in testing, but reaching the PBE means they're commited into the idea and it may or may not receive some adjustments before going live.

So, a really interesting question now with all these AP scaling ADC items is... Thresh or Veigar SHOULD theoretically be able to scale really well with AD. Would it be good? Probably not... Petition for AD Veigar?

Aye Zwag something I haven't seen any yt's mention is the item ability name changes on the energized shot items, the "new" Statikk Shiv does Electroshock, Stormrazer does Bolt, and Rapid Firecannon still does Sharpshooter, you think you could make a build around utilizing all the energized attack items and maybe Fleet Footwork too?
Oh shit if that can all stack that would be a wild AF build lol might not be the best/most optimal but it would be sick AF! Please do this!
I wonder how Rageblade would work on Varus? Given how strong his AP build is, this could be a good melding of AS and AP.

Can you try doing pikachu Veigar? Like a normal Veigar build, but 2 of the items would be shiv and a lich bane. One shot whole enemy team with just 1 auto!

Rageblade kraken nashors lichbane shiv. Besides rageblade all of them have ap ratios for veigar to stack up.

Would love to eventually see a Kai’sa video on the new ADC items! As a Kai’sa one trick, I’m curious as to what her new build path will be and if she’ll be benefitting, hurting, or stay the same with these new changes

Question for you. I like building Kai'sa in weird ways. Like I love going AD with spear and quickblades with a duskblade for going invis almost constantly. Is that a decent build or just mostly troll? I can say it's fun though.
A few years ago I looked up how much of vayne's damage was true damage. Iirc it was around 30% in an attack speed heavy rageblade build and 20% in a heavy ad IE build. 50% is crazy. I'd be interested how much magic damage you did as well.

dumb video idea: 5 (or 6) most expensive items that you can have. Might be tough to pick the right character for it, but in theory it should be the MOST RAW POWER you can put on a champ.. without sensible synergy.
An AP item they should bring back is _"Will of the Ancients"._
It was a spellvamp item they removed years and years ago that could now be a good omnivamp item... Give it some Health, AP and a little bit of Omnivamp with a passive that increases omnivamp based on spells landed (like Cosmic Drive's passive) or stacking up the longer you're in combat with a champion (so it's more useful for bruisers or battlemages).
the thing is that mages are already tanky this meta when they just built damage and utility, also adding more healing isnt what riot is trying to do at the moment

Vlad and Mordekaiser were the two reasons the item was removed in the first place.
Sylas is the third reason it will never come back.

@@BoopaKing It was removed in season 6, a lot's changed in the 7 years since... One of the biggest things is the reintroduction of "spellvamp" as the new stat "omnivamp".
Also, you are completely wrong about Mord... Mord was in a terrible place _with_ Will of the Ancients, and was borderline unplayable without it until his complete rework. They removed WotA because it wasn't used by anyone _except_ Vlad and Mord (and meme builds); with Mord basically requiring it to play without inting, and Vlad requiring the item to be balanced around his existence or he's break the meta.
Healing reduction is also more prevalent now than it was then, with more items and abilities applying it than ever before... Having 1 non-mythic AP Omnivamp item won't break the game, but will open counterbuild options for characters that want some sustain but don't want to be forced to build Riftmaker.
I saw an ap rengar on the pbe that seemed pretty bonkers the other day. Might be cool
It may not sound ideal, but I was wondering how far could Mordekaiser go with damage thanks to magic pen given from the Rageblade. full build means 26% m. pen (if you don't sell shoes), plus the E passive, plus a Void staff. Idk just curious :D keep it up Zwag, cheers!

I wanna see how much damage was Magic. Cause between Kraken rageblade and Shiv you might end up dealing more magic than physical damage on a regular basis.
Veigar with these new items might be funny. Stack up ap for kraken and static shiv.
Its fine if they make this AP Vayne build a genuine build for her, but I think they should nerf her true damage from 10% at max level to 8%. Would be great to have a AD build for burst and an AP build for killing tanks

Day 45 of asking for a tank Cassiopeia.
Please build these items:
Heartsteel - for HP, ranged champs get easy procs
Demonic Embrace - for AP scaling off HP... and the buuurns :)
Abbysal Mask - for sustain and MR steal (which also scales off HP!)
For the other 3 items, you might consider:
Seraph's Embrace - for mana, AP and Lifeline
Gargoyle Stoneplate - for defenses and a shielding active (again, scaling off HP...)
Spirit Visage - for Mordekaiser-like shields from Seraph's and Gargoyle... and maybe a bit of extra healing from E?
Frozen Heart - for Armor AND mana - an anti-ADC Cass likes it!
Rylai's Crystal Scepter - for AP, HP and slows. In case you had problems with chasing things
Force of Nature - for even more MR and Move Speed: beat up ALL the Mages
Warmog's Armor - for a Garen passive, useful for hit-and-run tactics with Cass' ultimate (yeah, just like an actual Garen lol)
As for runes, you can scale HP, mana, defenses and AP even more with Grasp, Demolish, Conditioning, Overgrowth, Manaflow and Gathering Storm, but standard Cass runes should be good as well.
Aside from being tanky, this Cass will still shred enemies in teamfights because of Abbysal Mask and Demonic. Please consider it!

Now I may be stupid, but I have been messing around with lethal tempo/attack speed Kennen and I think it would be crazy. With a nashors, rageblade, PD, wits end, and kraken slayer the damage would be off the charts.

Omnivamp would be busted...if Omnivamp healed off true damage. It doesn't, for the longest time i thought it did, but did some digging because I misunderstood many things about true damage and how it works.

every mythic item imo should be reworked into a legendary item.
then make a mythic upgrade similar to how orn works. say for a extra 1000 gold you can turn one of ur legendary items into a mythic.
this would allow for more build diversity

You all tripin whit the rageblade but i think it's an actuall nerf to it. 6 atacks of rampup is 2 procs you lose on the effect plus the extra cost and you losing the mithic slot. If they really want to make an on-hit mithic do nashors ffs

Max health % true damage should not be in the game in the first place. Its the only thing you cannot counter by any means. Do i need to remind you all that this broken mechanic is on champion that can kite once every ~2 sec, has invisibility and has pushback so you as a tank cant get to her by any means.
that tool tip is bugged , its acutally 1.5%, if it was 0.015% that would give you 0.015 for every 100AP, but it gives 1.5

I think it‘s the lack of lifesteal that makes that build not viable… I mean yeah you do a lot of damage on a single target, even to tanks, but I think you will be pretty useless in teamfights due to the lack of sustain..
i wish the skills would show how much damage they have done in the match, like how items do

You can't build 6 of the same item (Legendary or mythics), and item passive are unique, so building divine sundered and essence reaper doesn't make them stack, so even if he could build 6 wouldn't do anything. I assume you haven't played the game in like 4 years
Just had the thought of volibear building shiv, double the zaps with his passive, he is a hybrid champ so its not a bad item on him O.o
