You could tell that server from the first restaurant is good at his job, he saw Brendan was still talking on the camera right when he was walking up and stopped till he knew he was done . Most servers I feel like just usually come up to their table while they’re talking to us.

the problem with eating bbq places for lunch is you are probably served last bight's left over ribs, briskets, etc. so it's not fresh bbq, and it gets dry when re-heated.

Puckett's is a small chain in the Nashville South area, the one in Lieper's Fork is a fun vibe as well. I'm going to be moving to Spring Hill area later in the year so this is kind of exciting for me to watch
