If she's trespassing then the dog should not be at fault. If she's on the sidewalk, walking past the property and the dog attacks her, the owner is at fault. Put the blame where it really belongs!!
So if a child ran unknowingly onto this person's driveway, it's the child's fault it was mauled? Get real. Either put your dog in a fenced in yard, in the house or be outside with your dog. It's not that hard. Especially if the dog has already bitten other people
That is not how it works legally or morally. There is a much bigger difference between trespassing and entering a property for legal purpose such as delivering the mail or visiting a client.
