Hi Michelle in this case you the sponsor is also the representative of your spouse (you also the one initiated the application using your PR portal username and password, no need for the spouse being sponsored to create their own?) my understanding is right?Thanks

I do have a question, pwede po ba na ako Sponsor(Representative) mag upload sa mga forms or pictures sa online application ng aking principal applicant(husband) account ?
kasi ako naman ung magiging representative niya

Yes po that’s what we did in some other forms tulungan lang po

The applicant filled all forms. But used sponsered email to create an account.
the applicant mentioned her email for communication .
So do we still need this form?

It is recommended, but I believe some people don’t use this form and got approved

Hello po..nalilito kasi ako sa use of representative..ung email ko ang ginamit ko at ako na rin Gumawa sa portal.. ano po ilalagay sa contact information sa imm 008..tas sa use of representative po c sponsor

Nice video. Ask ko lang po. What if nasa Canada ang husband para sponsor ang wife nasa Philippines. May consultant po kami na mag ayos ng papers namin.but Do we need to submit both the IMM5476 and IMM5475? Naguguluhan kc kami. Sana masagot po. salamat.

Kung may consultant po papasagutan po sa inyo yan ng consultant 5476 since siya ang magiging representative niyo po

@@aldrixcruz7754 hello imm 5475 form is for releasing authority kay MP niyo kapag lagpas na processing time. For now 5476 lng po unless pasagutan din sa inyo ni consultant

Yes po samin iba iba din ung date kung kelan talaga namin na complete ung form

I think if you can digitally sign it should be fine, samin po kasi parehas handwritten signatures e bale siya po muna then scan niya send sakin then print ko, sign and scan ulit then upload po

Hi sana mabasa nyo.. tanong ko lang po .. isa kase sa mga requirements ko yung Purpose of travel. Then nakalagay dun na iiscan ko yung ticket , hotel booking or medical appointment ko ..
Eh meron po kase akong tutuluyan sa bahay ng tita ko di ko na need ng hotelbooking at kung ticket naman wala pakong visa para bumili ng ticket.. ano po pwde kong ilagay ??

Wala po akong pwdeng mascan na booking ticket or medical appointment. .ano po kaya pwede

Visit lang po talaga may matutuluyan naman po ako kaya di ko na kailangan ng hotel booking

Pwede niyo po include ung address ng tita niyo po. Then ung tita niyo nman po kung sarili niyang house yun pwede siya provide ng proof of property niya.

@@heymichelle8161 thank you. Ang sabi nung isang napag tanungan ko gagawa lang daw akong ng letter na nakasaad dun na wala pakong visa at no need ng hotel booking

@@user-zn3ol1kn6o I see. Kayo din po ba mag process ng application niyo? If so no need to fill out 5476, plus you can ask them to give you invitation letter

Hello ask ko lng po ako po yung applicant and yung consultant ko binigyan ako ng IMM5476 form for declaration signing curious lng ako kasi sabi niya just put N/A on common law partnew or spouse sponsorship is it normal kasi worried lng ako hindi ba dapat ksama yung wife ko or ako lang tlaga since ako ung applicant?

Imm 5476 form is for use of representative, I think Sa signature area ung sinabi nio pong common law or spouse, need niyo po pirmahan yun

@@heymichelle8161 ako po ung sa signature applicant pero sbi po kc ng consultant ko is just N/A on spouse or common law sponsorship? Ngtataka lng po ako kasi married nmn ako so bkit n/a if pwd nmn pumirma ung wife ko
