Is there a reason you had to knead by hand instead of doing it longer in the mixer when it still sticky? Tambien un million de gracias por la receta.
I only do it this way because I like to feel with my hands when the dough is ready, but you can finish kneading in your stand mixer. Un placer. Disfruta la receta!
La masa madre a 50% hidratocion es la que lleva 25g de agua 25 de base masa madre y 50 g de harina ?

Tengo una pregunta si dejo la masa en la noche al dia siguiente se saca del refri y se da la forma inmediatamente o se tiene que esperar a que tome temperatura ambiente para dar forma a la rosca ?

A la temperatura tal vez, si no la dejaste leudar a una temperatura suficientemente cálida por el tiempo suficiente
I tried making this and I must have kneaded the dough for an hour and it was still very sticky :( not sure where I went wrong
Did you use bread flour?
I am using Costco's organic all purpose flour which has a high protein but maybe not high enough. I let the dough rest after 15 min of kneading for about an hour then I kneaded again in the mixer for about 15 min and it was not coming together so I just kept adding flour little by little, constantly scraping the sides and bottom. I must have added about 100g more of flour. It finally came together.
@@elizabethchipres7582i use the exact same flour! I did get it to a better consistency by adding more flour. Not sure how much but probably close to an extra cup. I am currently baking it but now my bread isn’t browning and I’m frustrated lol
@@andreamanjarrez2140 I did it today, Same organic AP Kirkland flour, First I used the kitchen aid mixer, then I took it out while it was still sticky to knead it by hand. It took me about 30 minutes to knead it, then I put very little flour on my hands to finish. I think the dough turned out well.
@@A.g.37I also kneaded mine for about 30mins but for some reason it was still very sticky! I actually did 2 batches and the second batch I kneaded on my stand mixer only for like 40 mins and it was still very sticky, I had to then take it out and do it by hand but still ended up adding more flour.
