Honestly I'm annoyed by the anime's approach. Yes, I will admit that the anime did a great job of revealing some of the secondary characters. Renji's fight is really great for example. However. Back in the manga, in the last arc, there was a problem with the main protagonist becoming a background character who missed most of the action, and when he showed up he either did nothing, lost, or even helped the enemy achieve his plans. This completely killed the whole effect of the second season, when we were once and again sat in the ears, hinting what incredible power and knowledge are now available to the protagonist. It is worth realizing that there is a difference between the previous seasons, when the main character was still at the beginning of his development. When we knew in advance that he was weaker than his opponents and therefore his defeats and growth over himself were appropriate. Now, after training in season two and re-shaping Bankai, the protagonist has reached a completely different level of strength. The only opponents who have a chance of defeating him are Yahweh with Almighty and absorption buffs, and Aizen. That's it. All the other characters aren't on that level anymore. And the dumbest part is that all of the main character's plums are due to the fact that he.... just doesn't use his new powers consciously! He didn't have access to his full power before, but now he does. But for the sake of saving the plot, he allows the secondary characters to stop himself during his first meeting with Yahweh after training. Mind you, at that point Ichigo already had access to all his new powers after training, and Yahweh was still without eyes, plus Uryu and the rest of the elites hadn't gotten Auswellen's boost yet. No one would be able to stop Ichigo if he just attacked Yahweh with all his might from the get-go. Then defeat to Yahweh, where Ichigo doesn't use either Bankai or Hollow's power. Uryu still would of won he still held back didint use use his shrift
@coreykirby1632 that
S the thing though, if Renji hadn't held back, Uryu would have died, he said it himself during their fight. If Renji would've followed through with the attack he did, Uryu would've died, doesn't matter if he didn't use his Schrift, he wouldn't have had a chance to, Uryu said it himself lol
He said himself....Renji was soft as Ichigo and did not really want to kill him.
Technically renji didn’t have time to learn his new powers
The reason that he can crush it like that is because Renji can't use shunpo.
renj always taking L's even against uryu, like common, atleast now we know the last cour is gonna be epic, we gonna get a 4v1 jumping, i didnt like that uryu was hamstringed into the last fight but now i think its gonna be ichigo, renji, uryu and aizen all doing work against ywach, and i think he is no longer gonna fight haschwalt i think bazz-B vs haschwalt gonna get extended into a full fight
Im tired of Kubo giving Renji L's or small wins, this could easily be a draw but no Renji must lose every important fight
He tried to give renji the sasuke treatment but it didn't work and still lost. This anime is still pathetic to me because of how you treating your captain level. Some of the captains in soul society are weak ass hell. They are really depending on ichigo and kenpachi now.
Plot Armor
It didnt crush renjis bankai lol? Uryu literally said renji didnt go all out subconsciously. Once again, friendship is why they lost to him
I think renji is stronger he could have killed him
Eh this episode i wasnt feeling. I was feeling the first part. I thought that was good. But renji just got folded to ... Uryuu. And while renji was impressive in his showing it nerfs his character development because his next fight is very underwhelming.
And for an antagonist like uryuu its a bit of a shame. He just is a really boring antagonist. Almost like an emo in that regard. Hell i wouldve preferred haschwalth had this fight over uryuu.
Which btw whats going on with haschwalths mistrust of uryuu? It makes his eventual crazy turn so much more exciting because he was open with disagreeing with ywhach. Eh meh not up with this episode
Second 7 of the season i guess
He didnt got folded
@lolsnez7542 he lost ... And technically fared worse than ichigo in that regard
Definitely not stronger than Lille Barro, not even Askin. Forget Gerard he’s a cheat code
Lille has no answer for Antithesis neither does askin
@@aaronhassan8782 He wouldn't take damage, if not Nanao sword he is literally immortal.
@ Doesn’t really matter if Askin is immune to Uryu spiritual pressure tho, theoretically there is no reason that Askin shouldn’t be able to negate his ability if Uryu doesn’t kill him in one go..
Lille is completely intangible in his god form, so unless he’s killing in his base form antithesis probably won’t be as effective. You forgot antithesis is basically like Shunsui bankai and look how that went lol
@@Rizingfz08 Exactly dude doesn’t understand that reality warping Shunsui couldn’t kill him, neither does Antithesis since works the same way.
Antithesis reverse damage done, so long as uryu is alive. It bypasses normal immunities
