The new place has to be just as expensive. It's a full service luxury building with custom marble enlays in the kitchen. Like it's so boujie. I only watched her because I get all the home tour videos.

so proud of her being so young to afford the $8K/mo for an apartment. Super cool, unfortunately i think that was the worst deal i've ever seen. incredibly small, best asset was the bathroom, nowhere in Manhattan is worth that much and it's not even super luxurious. I've seen that type of apartment but bigger for cheaper here in Astoria. And that's right across the water from 59th st. Glad she's doing awesome with her TH-cam and whatever business she has going, hopefully next apartment is worth the price tag. Special shout out to her burners, they looked cool.

I pay 4k in rent per month and I hate when people say " get a house" Completely understand where youre coming from but let me enjoy living in a luxury highrise. I got time and know nothing about buying a home yet. Give me some time lmao.

same but i'm paying 5k for rent and my parents keep telling me to just get a house but i honestly the only reason why i'm staying is bcs of the night view but don't get me wrong it's a beautiful apartment but seeing the lights on other buildings at night are just pretty but yeah i would definitely consider buying a house when i'm in my 30's and wanting to start a family other than that i'm staying in my apartment
I get it. Plus getting a house are for people that are trying to settle down soon and have a spouse. I think getting a house would be too much for a single person unless you do it smart and buy a multi family home and rent out the rest.
Personally I’d buy a multi family home and live in a section and have the other tenants pay the house off but everyone’s diff

A friend of mine has a $6K apartment in Manhattan. She says the rent may go up to 8K to 10K in June. Her place looks similar to this and has fantastic views.

I think the reason podcasts are on the rise is because there's more adults on the platform for, say, tutorials. I've heard of a lot more older people using it TH-cam for tutorials, and im sure that equates to more adult viewers, and podcasts main demographic is generally adults.

18 years ago I paid a little over a $1000 (split with my roommate hers was $1300 she got an extra half bath) and that was considered an extremely good deal. It was a great location and considered very affordable at the time. To this day I am dying to know what the rent cost is in current time.

Not everything in life is about saving and investing and doing the ‘proper’ thing 🙃 Having the unique experience of living in a cool apartment, floating over NYC while killin’ it in your career is a completely valid (let alone wonderful) way to live. It might not last forever, but nothing ever does. Money comes and money goes-experience life to the fullest and let people take joy in what they want to. ⚡️
