I'd argue that Ghazkull won Armageddon; The system and the world itself have been the subject of a perpetual onslaught that has created splinter Waagh 'for the most ambitious of warlords that can get forces to follow them out of there and forced the Imperium to dedicate vast resources to containing this (including multiple space marine chapters and titan legions), further, the third "battle" of Armageddon has been ongoing for like, 30 years IRL with no end in sight. Like Ghazkull was able to just straight up walk away from the conflict with enough forces to lead a second Waagh against the Tyranids in another quadrant of the galaxy with the notion that if he does all 4 against different threats that will do... something, but given how ork science works the possibility of that should absolutely terrify everyone from the chaos gods to the emperor to the hivemind itself.

Majorkill, I think you should try and do a video looking into the SPace Marines we play as in SM2's Operations. Try and figure out some character details about them based on mission dialogue.
to put into context how dangerous even minor ork waaghs are, Tuskar successfully invaded the Cadian system and then defeated a few khorne worlds in the warp.
Imagine being an Ork that Khorne likes so much he revives you and your boyz over and over again to just keep krumpin every day. And they say this setting is grimdark... That's like the best happy ending ever.
id love to see you and your model folks make some death guard models.. or even better, death guard upgrade sets for conversions and kitbashes.. your other stuff looks amazing~
a cool video idea would be could the heresy be won by the chaos forces if the traitor primarchs had remained loyal and the loyal primarchs turned to chaos (imagine horus falling to chaos charged sanguinius lmao)
I think this is most clearly reflected in the video game adaptations. The two most genuinely successful game series of the franchise are the Dawn of War and Space Marine games. Aside from the latest entries in the DoW series that turned it into grand-strategy free-for-alls, the installments with a proper main plot all follow the exact same template: Orcs/Tyranids are the initial threat, but there are hints of a bigger ploy, and then it turns out Chaos is the bigger threat. The Orks are usually just a speedbump, and even the Tyranids are more of a persistent distraction that has to be dealt with so that everyone can focus on the "real enemy".

Orks kind of have to be viewed like termites. to put into context how dangerous even minor ork waaghs are, Tuskar successfully invaded the Cadian system and then defeated a few khorne worlds in the warp.
patiently waiting for a video on ibram gaunt
Imagine being an Ork that Khorne likes so much he revives you and your boyz over and over again to just keep krumpin every day. And they say this setting is grimdark... That's like the best happy ending ever.
NOWZ WEEZ TALKIN’!!! TIZ ALL BOUT DA ORKS!!! ORKS!ORKS!ORKS!ORKS!ORKS!!!!!!!!
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!
If tuska ever gets out of the warp, he is going to be a krork, it's inevitable at this point
Coming out with so many cool minis and merch before my wallet can refill
What if Angron had never gotten the butchers nails or joined horus??
Orks always win as there only real goal is to fight
So yeh it really depends how you judge victory
Your content continues to improve, day 1 viewer here it’s crazy to see how far you have come
5:43 good man, that priest.
The entire setting is an ork victory. Fighting forever against a bunch of gits and dying gets you into the realm of Gork and Mork.
Make some sanguinary guard wings to add to major minis, sure they’d be received well.
id love to see you and your model folks make some death guard models.. or even better, death guard upgrade sets for conversions and kitbashes.. your other stuff looks amazing~
Finally, ork videos!
Ufthak also had a nice tour of Commoragh.
Every time the Eldar and other factions have won, perhaps? I'd like to know if the xenos and chaos actually get a decent amount of victories.
Orks may seem goofy lot of the time but it also seems they're always just one really good waagh from growing 40ft tall and reverting to part krork
a cool video idea would be could the heresy be won by the chaos forces if the traitor primarchs had remained loyal and the loyal primarchs turned to chaos
(imagine horus falling to chaos charged sanguinius lmao)
The fact that the Orks lose almost all the time but doesn't seem weak or feel defeated at all (unlike certain sneaky gitz) speaks for itself
Why would they need to be a threat? They already live in paradise, an enemy rich galaxy to fight till their heart’s content.
BRO-TEIN SHAKE.... JUST WHERE DID YOU GET THE ART WORK AT *7:04 * OF TUSKA RIPPING OFF THE BLOOD PRINCE'S
(WELL NOW PRINCESS!🤣)
CACK N' BOLLOCKS???
THAT SHIT IS EFFING HILARIOUS!!! 🤟🏻🤣🤙🏻
you should try out longer form analysis vids like weshammer etc, you make 10 minutes feel like 3 and constantly have me looking deeper towards questions that you proposed in your videos, as divided as you make the youtube 40k community, you literally got me into the hobby with your lore explanations and how passionate you are with MajorMinis, it be awesome seeing you get to more extensively deep dive and theory craft / storytell when often you already explore niche aspects even within your already shorter videos
Weshammer is one of the worst lore channels?
@@leighz1962 not here to argue with ya mate
@@leighz1962 and given the fact you feel the need to announce buying pants, id reckon your view of whats important and nulled isn’t that prioritised for me
How did you make a 9 minute video for this? We all know that Da Boyz win EVERY BATTLE they get it, because they just love to fight.
You say they aren’t as relatable as other factions but I’ve never met a more loyal fan base than that of the orks
Khorne literally created a Valhalla situation for Tuska and his boyz
Nahhh Meiji that artwork of Tuska is fucking wild man 😬😬🥶🥶💀💀😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A vid on how each faction would deal with the flood?
That corax model you designed looks awesome 👌
7:07 what book or codex is this from ?
I'm curious now too
The short story is The Enemy of My Enemy. It is has the humans teaming up with the orks to fight the tyranids.
They don't care about winning, they only care about fighting! Every battle is a victory! 40k's most fun faction
Orks kind of have to be viewed like termites. They can cause a lot of damage if not properly dealt with, but dealing with them is just a grim dark math problem for the imperium (spend enough ammo and lives and the problem goes away).
its also important to note that the orks don't have a defined end goal as a faction the same way other factions do and if they ever did "win" they would just start fighting each other.
8:20 What piece of art is this? Did it come from a Codex? It looks great.
and then theres that moment with Jaghatai Khan, when he started going beast mode and killing orcs so fast, that there was literally nothing for them to do but stand there and die, cus they couldnt even see how fast he was moving. Those orcs most definitely didnt enjoy that fight
To be fair, Rynn's world was overrun by orks after the Crimson fists got fucked by themselves very hard.
Orks embody the Olympic spirit. Taking part in the contest is more important than winning.
Why do I find it so funny thinking about a Chaos Warsmith standing there raging in disabled terminator armour while an Ork warboss tears him limb from limb?! 🤣
Mike Brooks has them win through sheer plot armor so it doesn't even feel earned.
Here's hoping for a gazkul vs angron book!
Majorkill why is your room so dim?
I do love
WAAAHHCTOBER
