Great video for tactics. I almost meet players with healers in the back. They do not even go into the OPR alone lol. A question, I bought a cheap Warhammer with Lifestealing, Trenchant Recovery and Sundering Shockwave. Maybe a bit too defensive?

Coming back to the game after several years away, mainly a tank player in all mmo's looking to solo pvp roam. What is the "ATLAS COMBO" I see in comments? Sorry for being new to your channel, got a lot of content to sift through; im sure its in there somewhere.
Welcome! The ATLAS COMBO is the max dps tank combo. It is wrecking ball, Shockwave, clear out, shield bash, full heavy attack. It is powerful when you land you all. And ask any questions you have, so we can get you up to speed
@@atlasfishmo Appreciate that. I found your season2 build video and will aim towards that. Are there any general primers on how to go about gearing that you would advise, very overwhelmed coming back (currently level 49) with no real direction on what to accomplish first
@@kr5335 I wouldn't worry about gear since the expansion is basically a reset. I would use this month to level up to 60, level up gathering skill and crafting. Then level up weapon mastery for the weapons you want to use.
@@atlasfishmo I don’t have great gear and I don’t even have all of hammer leveled up but I tried this build and for the first time ever I feel like a god in opr and I’m not dying. If there is a decent healer around I’m unstoppable. Thanks for this build and advice.
I like your videos, but I think this is riddiculous joke that tank takes his 1vX seriously. Like dude, this game made tanks almost unbeatable in small scale pvp, so it's the half of your job just the game did for you. If you want to make tutorials to 1vX people, go light melee assassin, and show us your true pvp skills.
Never blame your class for the lack of the ability to 1vX. The mindset that makes a pvp player mediocre at best is "My class can't do that.." .or "this class is too weak". Instead, start thinking of ways to practice where you are messing up. Analyze your gameplay. You won't improve if you keep blaming external factors for your failure. I hope this helps. Here for questions if you are still having difficulties.

That can work well too. Just need to get them lower before you got into your full combo

Did you keep the same build as the original Atlas?
For the most part. Over the years I made some adjustments but the concept is still the aame

Gear doesn't matter as much. It's blocking strong attacks and trading through weak attacks
