ผมเห็นช่างฝีมือชาวปากีสถาน เขาใช้หล่อในพิมพ์เป็นรูปเพลาข้อเหวียง ในดินที่ทำเป็นรูปเพลาข้อเหวียง โดยเอาเพลาข้อเหวี่ยงมาปั๊มเป็นรอยรูปก่อน แล้วเทน้ำเหล็กลงไป จากนั้นจะพิมพ์ขึ้นมาได้รูปเพลาข้อเหวียง แล้วนำไปใสกลึงให้ได้ขนาดของสเป๊คโรงงานอีกที่ไง แต่ที่เห็นนี่ ใช้เหล็กที่หล่อหลอมออกมาเป็นแท่ง ซึ่งทำยากมาก ต้องใช้คนเยอะช่วยกันเป็นทีมเลย ทำยากลำบาก ต้องใช้ความชำนาญ และทักษะ จากนั้นก็เอาเหล็กมากลึงใสให้เป็นรูปเพลาข้อเหวี่ยง ที่ได้ขนาดตามแบบของโรงงาน ครับผม...โอ้โห้....ยอดฝีมือเลย ขอชมความสามารถ..

@@MICHAEL-ys3pu I have watched Adam and Kurtis's videos for a long time. I may have missed this somehow so I will ask you when did either of them pound out a semi molten ingot of steel into any shape at all? I'll help you - NEVER. These guys pounded a semi molten ingot of steel weighing at least 500 lbs into the rough shape of a crankshaft. And all this under very crude conditions. Then they put it in a lathe and miraculously it runs fairly true!!!!
But, if I watched more YT videos I would see Adam and Kurtis do the same thing. So I challenge you Michael to reply to this post with a url to those videos that I apparently missed.,

"умиляет" меня их представление о жёсткости и прочности "центра" задний бабки - вешают на него огромную знакопеременную нагрузку, при заглублении всего на 3-5мм.
И ещё это вот бросание деталей на грунт - не видел ни разу, что бы кто-нибудь там их мыл потом.
Молотком стукнул, или крюком от цепи пока цеплял и все отпало,,, вот вам и настоящее нано технологии из Европы в реали..... Низкий поклон всем этим индусам или пакистанцам за их работу,,, умойтесь зеленые кто там за против тяжелые металл при плохих фильтрах борится ;))

@@user-ix7wd2fi4f для выплавки качественного чугуна пригодного для коленчатых валов, нужно соблюдение технологии. Руками вы технологию и повторяемость не достигнете никогда. Я уже молчу об азотировании или закалке шеек после мехобработки.
Наблюдая болгарку с корундовым диском на финишной доводке, я уже могу сказать, что это обычный чермет для заборов и мангалов.
Там ребята после 30 лет глубокие инвалиды после такой работы.
@@volvoman177 я был шлифовщиком с эмульсией. Круглая шлифовка, плоская и слегка бесцентровочная. Так вот также увидел , что где я был,. было запрещено как в видио.
Не могу их судить. Видимо в разных местах , культура производства разная я считаю.
@@user-ix7wd2fi4f везде разные допуски и точность. Одно дело надгробную плиту шлифовать, другое дело детали машин, работающих под нагрузкой.
В целом скажу, везде сейчас так плохо. Везде.....
