Hurricane Haze It hurts the delivery of the product, imagine watching a legend in rvd and former champion brian cage (who came out to practically no reaction) start to brawl to a silent crowd that can literally hear a pen drop because of the crowd. I miss the arenas man and that’s just one small example of this delivery hurting the product
Dude, it's not an arena or a studio like the other guy said of course it's gonna sound like it's dead but trust me that crowd was into it. It was like the ECW crowds back in the 90s that's what I love about Impact right now. If I need that feeling of a larger crowd I will just watch AEW on Wednesday nights. You need to get out of that big arena mode when you watch Impact.
PredatorKingdom Im not saying it like the arena had to be on wwe/aew levels, but the way impact was is when the product was great, it’s hard for stars and matches to get over when the crowd in that setting offer little to no reaction
@@Icecube647 They are getting a reaction like I said before it's just that the crowd is small so it's harder to hear them at times get real loud. You just have to get used to watching the product a different way than you do other promotions. You should be more focused on the wrestlers in the ring than the crowd themselves.

Rvd as a heel has been working really well. Who'd have thought? Of course having a pretty girl on your arm makes it sell better. Rvd as a heel probably wouldn't have worked without it. Probably the reason he's never heel is because he doesn't work well as a heel. But with Katie it just works. Or maybe it's just me. I mean I know I can't stand people rubbing their relationships in my face or the PDA so it's great heel work in my opinion.

I remember vividly when RVD went from 'The Whole F'N Show' to 'Who?' A few years back the TNA fans embraced RVD wholeheartedly and his pops rivaled anyone in the company at the time (including guys like Kurt Angle and Sting). He left TNA, went back to WWE and summarily dismissed the fans and promotion that kept him relevant during interviews esp one that asked him pointedly what he had been doing since last seen in WWE (Google it).
I watched the sad spectacle that was Rhyno vs RVD the other week and yearned for the days of ECW that I watched all the time (even before TNN).
