I've had this Cafe Racer for three years, when I first took delivery I think it had been feckled by the previous owner and it was running far too rich, blocked up the spark plugs and caused it too run very badly and cut out; not a good first impression! Once that issue was resolved, it has ran beautifully, I only do about 2000 miles a year on it, and only in the dry, I store it over winter and she fires up every time. My brother has had a Tornado (900) for about the same time and hasn't had any issues either. For the money, these bikes give you a load of Italian style and performance... perhaps not a daily commuter though.

Ahah 😊👍 thanks for your valuable reply mate 😍 and I got one more question that can a pillion rider be comfortable on this bike !? I mean I have heard that due to the undertail exhaust the pillion seat heats up a lot ? Is that the case buddy ?

The Cafe Racer is a single seater; but you can get a twin seat for them (I have one but have never put it on) - I think it is the seat from the standard TNT. Yes - there is heat coming up from the exhaust; be ok for trips of no longer than an hour for a pillion I guess; but she's no tourer. I think the TNTs were really the first of the super naked / street fighters before the terms were ever coined.

I own a CR - my girlfriend is 5'8 and has had back surgery - I also own a Triumph 1200 Daytona - guess which one she prefers - she says that the CR is a better position even though it has a smaller seat - as for reliability - those days are gone, provided its serviced properly its no different than any other bike - I've had mine for two years and done 11000 miles and its never missed a beat - more importantly - I love it - its a fantastic bike full of soul and character that is a pleasure and an experience to ride - I wouldn't change it for anything

Why does your bike appear to be in a forest? :)
