Throat bass was an absolute basic must have back in the days. We were learning this straight after kick and snare. At least in Poland back in late 90s early 2000s you weren't a beatboxer without a good throat bass

but there's a certain technique for dubstep beatboxing. i think the fire beatboxing here has an effect put on it. so i dont think he's doing that with just his mouth.
