This Rugal is a secret boss in Capcom vs Snk 2; he was creat when rugal make a fusion with the Akuma power but when the time he get transform in other warrior with Akuma appearence.

man God rugal has to much damage output he is a very unbalanced even tho Mugen has a lot of those but man his regular combos does big damage if I ever make one imma leave him out just because he is really cheap and has supers that does way too much damage fuck rugal
