- www.handwritten... - This tutorial explores the development of T Cells, from stem cells right through to their mature helper and cytotoxic forms. This video also looks at some of the cell markers used for differentiation. For more entirely FREE tutorials and the accompanying PDFs visit www.handwritten...
It is admirable that you share valuable information without trying to get a benefit from it unlike many other posters of this site.
Wow I'm sitting for my Immunology paper tomorrow. This came in handy. Thanks!
This is an excellent video and an excellent way to summarise the topic! Thanks for uploading!
Cheers mate, this is definitely going to help me with my Immuno exam tomorrow!
great pathology series martin
ooh !!! that was beneficial & helpful >
could u do such tutorial about HLA ( MCH ) system please ??!! . I'll be thankful & it'll be useful as a complexed system to get .
thank you. it is so clear, easy to follow you,and you make it so Interesting.
thank you so much. but I think you can make t cell development part 2 as clear as your explanation on b cell development videos.
Thanks you explained so Clear. Thanks Mr. Harpin
It is really helpful for me... thank you so much!
Thank you, beautiful diagram
Can you explain the HY model for MHCrestriction or CD4/CD8 commitment?
these videos are golden
Incredible video! Thank you so much!
T regulatory cells are CD4+ and CD25+
this was absolutely wonderful! thanks mate
Great video but there is a mistake. TCR(B) locus rearrangement is not between DN1 and DN2 (Not DN2-DN3). Between the DN2 and DN3 is where T-cell commitment happens.
What determines whether a T cell becomes a cytotoxic or a helper T cell?
Karan Giri if it binds with mhc I on an APC then it becomes t cytotoxic, and if it binds with mhc II on APC, then it becomes t helper
+Ana Cvetko hi
that wasn't exactly what he was asking...
Not an easy one this one... strength/duration of signaling, cytokines, TFs you name it. There is a classical and a stochastic model but you can always do some out of the box thinking after you digest some of the key facts --> www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2760737/
First thank you very very much you explain biology with such simplicity great method as mathematics 1+1=2 .I'm from Algerai you help me thank you again .
Sir, you are exellent !!!
This vedio was very helpfull . Thank you .
Very useful 2023🎉
Nice video. Thanks

many many thanks sir
very much helpful; thanks!
Awesome 👍
5:30 ok im goin for a slash, fuck it!
You are a god amongst men!!
This was much less useful than you previous videos. I was hoping for a discussion on positive selection and negative selection. You also did not mention the gamma or delta chains; the cytokines that produce different helper T cells; or AIRE.
woooooooow
you are amazing literally saved me! thanks!
saved me in my immunology course
One of the best videos ever!!! Please make more videos, especially for biochemistry!
Instablaster...
thanku for this video
My mom had hypogammaglobulinemia which is a Tcell maturity problem, She did not have helper cells
Gonna take a printout of the final pic and hung it in my wall
volume button?
great stuff..but could you increase your vocal. i have to increase my volume to max in order to hear..
or maybe i m going deaf ..lol
