I’m trying so hard to follow this meditation and feel closer to our Creator. I have cancer diagnosed last summer and I’m scared. I have no family except for my son, who is struggling to accept my illness. I pray for peace of mind for both of us. I ask for forgiveness and to feel the presence of Jesus within. Omg I'm crying at work Jesus opened my heart wide open praise the Lord that was amazing I literally connected mind body heart and soul to God and accepted everything all my mistakes and my issues and it's ok it's all ok God knows me inside and out he knows he knows me and he told me it's ok and he forgives me and I can forgive myself and I did and I love myself because he loves me and I am worth something precious and ut won't matter who u have problems with who said what when or how, in the end it will be me and God and the love will be overwhelming and that's what I just felt sitting in the cubicle trying not to bawl my eyes out but wow thank you Jesus that was amazing. I disagree. Language of the Bible is fine, but after years of studying it, you reach a point where you want to go directly to God. This video helped me tremendously. I once approached Jesus just like you, btw.

I just wanted to thank you for your beautiful calming voice and words. I found you last night after a breakdown. I lost my husband years ago and I still cry for him. Specially after a bad break up. There is no one like him. Anyway, in my tears and knelt down and cried and prayed God to help me. After that I opened my tablet to find a meditation to help me as I have been doing for some time now. And the first thing I see is this Prayer. You have no idea how deep I felt it. How real and helpful it was. I cried as I prayed and I felt it. Really felt it deep inside. I hadn't found anything that touched me as deep as this. Thank you. Could you possibly do one about grieving?

Lost about a year ago, Mary, the blessed mother of Jesus led me back to her son. Jesus lovingly took me back, cleansed me and made me new. Joy wells up inside my heart when I realize his beautiful acceptance, his love and forgiveness of me. Jesus you are life.He knows us deeply and loves each one of us for ourselves, for our uniqueness.
I also have health anxiety, and am now facing coming to grips with a lifetime of anxiety. I've begun the journey to better thinking, despite having loved Jesus The Eternal Son most of my life. I’m a long time follower of yours and recently my mother-in-law is recovering with heart issues after covid and hasn’t been able to sleep for weeks. She’s going through a depression, feeling her fragility on a deep level and disconnected from God. I came to help her yesterday and our first night together I played this meditation for her. I came into this meditation feeling anxious, I had a bad run in with dark forces in July during a mental health episode and it's been a rough time spiritually healing from it. After doing this meditation I feel much lighter and loved, like something was released. I'm gonna save this meditation for future use

I've got negative entities in my aura as well as other bad stuff. Shit that followed me back from my trip from Peru. My vibration is so low it's brutal. I have found THE JESUS PRAYER Meditation incredibly insightful and helpful. As one who struggles periodically with depression and constant pain I find myself using this meditation or one very similar on a daily basis. ~thank you~
I pray that God heals you "instantaneously" of all of your ills. I had a brain stroke over 2 yrs ago. The left side of my body was crippled and I could barely speak. I demanded to be released for a 1/2 day from the hospital & contacted a couple of spiritual healers that I know. One healed my speech and the next day the other healed my hand and leg. Both were healed overnight. When I awoke, I was healed almost 98%. I pray that you find such spiritual healers. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Oh, and look for the ones who work with God's energy and only accept donations. God Bless you.

Those of us who have been believers for much of our lives often arrive at a psychological crossroads...to continue the method of the written word as our sole reinforcement...or, to begin seeing our world as metaphor and appeal to our Creator directly, and use His Eternal Triune Love Relationship as our key to understanding. In the faith-world of metaphor, we appeal to His Love directly. Technically, the written word is itself metaphor, but its impact is mitigated by idolatry of the Word. By seeking deeper into His Eternal Triune Relationship, we can begin the beginnings of real contact with Him. This guided meditation is outstanding, and brought me great peace.
This really isn't the Jesus Prayer as taught by the monastics of the Christian East. But, that doesn't disqualify what might be of value here. If you want to read more on what the early pioneers wrote, check out "The Way of the Pilgrim," a Russian classic or even the "Philokalia," an even older compilation of writings by the great spiritual leaders of the Hesychastic movement in the East.
You don't have to look for another Way other than the Jesus Way. He abides in you and has life and truth for you too. You don't have to run to and fro, for God's inspiration because if you are IN HIM, inspiration will come by Him. God said in His Word, This is my beloved Son, hear ye him. He sent the Holy Spirit, so that from their day to this, we can still hear him. His promise that he will never leave or forsake us is true even today. Hear ye Him. What is God a lier, God forbid. The Holy Spirit is here to teach and guide you and everyone who comes in a humble and contrite heart.will hear him. He is near to those who seek Him in His Word. Trust the Lord.
A word of caution: The Way of a Pilgrim was written by an unknown author. That book is believed to be fictitious by the Hesychast Fathers. The Pilgrim starts the novice off with 3000 prayers per day. That is far too excessive, and is not the way to begin the art of prayer. This is not recommended by the early desert fathers. The beginner should start with ten to fifteen minutes a day. No more....... and increase the daily Jesus Prayer a little at a time. Bishop Theophan's instruction book, "The Art Of Prayer" by Faber and Faber publishers renders much more accurate instructions. However, in spite of "the Way of a Pilgrim" being fiction, it is an interesting and enjoyable read.
To meditate on Jesus in His Passion is unity in the Catholic church that He created through Peter. There is not one heartbeat that I can meditate on in myself that will give me what Jesus gave to me, Eternal Life. Jesus, I trust in YOU

Hi Gabriel and deep gratitude, what is your interpretation of this prayer? This meditation is so beautiful and opens a door to peace instantaneously, for various reasons, until my mind truly understands something, I find it difficult to embrace. So I know these words are sacred through this meditation by the warmth and love I feel, but when I use to say it in Church it stirred up visions of me begging forgiveness- which I’m the first to take responsibility for conscious mistakes, but I have also had many challenges- so it kind of made me angry- your prayer has brought new insight, but my mind is still questioning, I have tried to research, but most of it reflects my thoughts before. How do I understand the Holy Trinity? I have been stressing myself over it for years just because i really want to understand it.

Jesus to Gabrielle:
"Why be worried, since I am the one who is dictating? Do you think you would have been able to put down anything all by yourself? My poor little child, you must be sure of Me in you. Perhaps you do not seek often enough to live within My aura - the aura of the Lover, the Mighty One. Yes, that's what I am: this joy."
Jesus: "I am everywhere for the one who seeks Me. He lives with My life all the time he is living for Me. I possess him so that he may possess Me. How could he get along all alone? Haven't you recognized My help at certain moments? Isn't your way through life more joyous and safe when God possesses you?

Gabrielle said to the Lord: "Lord, I never cease to long for You, and yet I never cease to be indifferent."Jesus replied to her:
"And it will always be like that, My poor little girl. The weakness of your nature causes you to fall, and it's the humble effort you make to get up and go on, the effort to please Me that charms your Beloved. And this is a joy, a joy for God. Isn't that strange? Later on you will see later on you will understand.Believe in that 'later on'."
And Gabrielle said to Him: "How can I believe, Lord?"
And Jesus replied to her: "With your heart. For if I am often a joy for you, be sure that you are very much of a joy for Me. Think of this, it will help you to drop anchor in My boundless compassion, and it will give you more assurance of the goodness of your God - His prefect goodness, which never ceases to flow to you."
And Gabrielle said to Him: "Lord make me like this for my neighbor."
And Jesus replied to her: "I'll be your Self-Expression."
Jesus says in another part of He and I:
"Love, My dear little girl, not only those who are kind, but those who would snub you. Try to counter-balance the fearful weight of opposition to My desire for kindness and love. Very few are My truly loving friends - those who love Me for the sake of My love.
"During these days of family reunion you understand how tenderness leads to joy, to happy understanding. Let your mind reach out in the same way to the whole human race, which should be just one big family, and see the peace that will come from this, while on the contrary..."
"Pray. Show an example of heartwarming love. You remember how good My mother and St. Joseph were to all those who received them during their travels. Long afterward people remembered their visit. They left a wake of blessings all long their way.
"And haven't you received wave upon wave of light?"

I’m a long time follower of yours and recently my mother-in-law is recovering with heart issues after covid and hasn’t been able to sleep for weeks. She’s going through a depression, feeling her fragility on a deep level and disconnected from God. I came to help her yesterday and our first night together I played this meditation for her. She slept, and I believe that it was because of your prayer and meditation our prayers were answered and she woke this morning a new person.

I came into this meditation feeling anxious, I had a bad run in with dark forces in July during a mental health episode and it's been a rough time spiritually healing from it. After doing this meditation I feel much lighter and loved, like something was released. I'm gonna save this meditation for future use

I've got negative entities in my aura as well as other bad stuff. Shit that followed me back from my trip from Peru. My vibration is so low it's brutal. I've been beaten down so I hope doing this prayer regularly will help me. Any advice on how to deal with this and completely rid it from my life would be welcome. I can't afford a witch doctor.

I pray that God heals you "instantaneously" of all of your ills.
I had a brain stroke over 2 yrs ago. The left side of my body was crippled and I could barely speak. I demanded to be released for a 1/2 day from the hospital & contacted a couple of spiritual healers that I know. One healed my speech and the next day the other healed my hand and leg. Both were healed overnight. When I awoke, I was healed almost 98%.
I pray that you find such spiritual healers. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Oh, and look for the ones who work with God's energy and only accept donations. God Bless you.
Dear Ray, I hope that your burden has become much lighter. I live with constant pain, also, and I totally believe in Jesus' love for all of us. Keep believing in Him!

Those of us who have been believers for much of our lives often arrive at a psychological crossroads...to continue the method of the written word as our sole reinforcement...or, to begin seeing our world as metaphor and appeal to our Creator directly, and use His Eternal Triune Love Relationship as our key to understanding. In the faith-world of metaphor, we appeal to His Love directly. Technically, the written word is itself metaphor, but its impact is mitigated by idolatry of the Word. By seeking deeper into His Eternal Triune Relationship, we can begin the beginnings of real contact with Him. This guided meditation is outstanding, and brought me great peace.

This really isn't the Jesus Prayer as taught by the monastics of the Christian East. But, that doesn't disqualify what might be of value here. If you want to read more on what the early pioneers wrote, check out "The Way of the Pilgrim," a Russian classic or even the "Philokalia," an even older compilation of writings by the great spiritual leaders of the Hesychastic movement in the East.
You don't have to look for another Way other than the Jesus Way. He abides in you and has life and truth for you too. You don't have to run to and fro, for God's inspiration because if you are IN HIM, inspiration will come by Him.
God said in His Word, This is my beloved Son, hear ye him. He sent the Holy Spirit, so that from their day to this, we can still hear him. His promise that he will never leave or forsake us is true even today. Hear ye Him. What is God a lier, God forbid. The Holy Spirit is here to teach and guide you and everyone who comes in a humble and contrite heart.will hear him. He is near to those who seek Him in His Word. Trust the Lord.
A word of caution: The Way of a Pilgrim was written by an unknown author. That book is believed to be fictitious by the Hesychast Fathers. The Pilgrim starts the novice off with 3000 prayers per day. That is far too excessive, and is not the way to begin the art of prayer. This is not recommended by the early desert fathers. The beginner should start with ten to fifteen minutes a day. No more....... and increase the daily Jesus Prayer a little at a time. Bishop Theophan's instruction book, "The Art Of Prayer" by Faber and Faber publishers renders much more accurate instructions. However, in spite of "the Way of a Pilgrim" being fiction, it is an interesting and enjoyable read.

Hi Gabriel and deep gratitude, what is your interpretation of this prayer? This meditation is so beautiful and opens a door to peace instantaneously, for various reasons, until my mind truly understands something, I find it difficult to embrace. So I know these words are sacred through this meditation by the warmth and love I feel, but when I use to say it in Church it stirred up visions of me begging forgiveness- which I’m the first to take responsibility for conscious mistakes, but I have also had many challenges- so it kind of made me angry- your prayer has brought new insight, but my mind is still questioning, I have tried to research, but most of it reflects my thoughts before.
