People can say that the biker was giving the cop an attitude but the charge of reckless driving takes your license away and then you need pricey insurance to be able to drive to work. So I say...No proof..no ticket.
I dont think he was trying to unless I missed something he was explaining to the cops that his friend owns a bike just like his to prove his point that it could have been anyone riding a green bike as he is not the only one who rides a green bike in the area.

In his world, if someone commits a murder and there are witnesses to him doing the killing, but they're not police, the police can do nothing. He better hope the judge thinks the witness who followed him and reported him to the police is not a reliable witness, should this happen to him again and it goes to court.
Damn its kinda hardn to get videos of running from cops when there not many bikers who record them doing it. I want like a thrilling chase involving a police helicopter and a bike going like 190mph. But then again someone has to do it first before we could see it on this channel :P
