Good video, and good work! It is very easy to over-voltage these MPPT units which are rated at 100V, but can take over a 1000W input at 24V... I have seen this exact problem before; every Epever MPPT I have seen fail, failed at the MOSFETS or the 330uf 100V capacitors. Withe the FET failures I assume due to the panel exceeding VoC in our very cold Canadian weather when it's sunny out, and the MOSFETS going into avalanche, heating up, and dying. INFINEON IPP041N12N3GXKSA1 may be a better replacement with a 150V rating instead of 100V. I have not tested this but it should work. I would also replace the large 330uf capacitors with 150V or higher ones. Panasonic 330uf 160V EEU-EB2C331 is a better replacement for them which I have used many time successfully.
I really need to repair mppt charge controller but don't find any video on this topic, and here it is you did it so well god bless you❣️

What do you think is the reason for the failure of the MPPT mosfets? Customer abuse?
The owner of this MPPT solar charge controller uses more than the maximum amount of solar panels, that's maybe the course of the failure.
@tevzTVTevatronics I thought as much. So how do you protect yourself if it comes back with blown mosfets again?
@@angelosanagnostou5550 Protect myself? for what?
@tevzTVTevatronics from customer saying that you did a bad repair in the mean time they are abusing the product.
@@tevzTVTevatronics Sometimes mosfets are blown when disconnecting battery first
What is the part number of the diode?? I can’t see mine
How are you our senior tecnician am from kenya l have an lg 32 inch with a strip of I.5" from left to write how can it be removed
