    How can you sue somebody when it's their property not yours. Anybody knows that if you're renting a trailer in a lot it's not your property. I'm very sorry this is happening to you but this has always been a possibility. This is one of the main reasons why I stayed away from mobile homes on lots that belong to others.

    The owner has every right to sell . This suit will be thrown out .

    Not their property. Does anyone realize how much that property is worth. No one has the right to be able to keep your home. Not in Florida.

    Those trailor park residents are wasting their time. The tennants were paying lower housing costs for years!! Property renters are not owners.

    They have the right of first refusal on any sale! They need to contact the federal government to apply for a grant to buy the land.
