- A video of a man stealing a homerun ball right out of a teen's glove during yesterday's Royals vs. Padre's game has gone viral. Turns out the young fan was celebrating his 18th birthday at the K!
The ball snatcher should be banned for life.

You are not going to believe this, but this JERK (which is putting it VERY mildly) has been doing this SAME THING in Everett WA and Tacoma WA. One day during BP, I was bending down to scoop up a BP ball that the other guys had already conceded to me when here comes Mark, aka SPANDEX BOY, sprinting from 30 feet away to almost run me down in an attempt to get it. He's trampled numerous people there, and one night a bus driver saw him steal a HR ball away from another kid. I'm 10000% serious, this is THE SAME GUY.
They have identified the man and said that they weren't going to ban him from the stadium as of yet. Not sure what they intend on doing.

I watched one. The guy seems like a phony off the bat. As a kid, I was at a Braves game and some man literally almost fell over onto the field to get a foul ball. Then before dusting himself off, handed to my brother. Surprised us all because we weren't expecting that. There's ways of doing things.

Not exactly. The ball was hit right to Bruce (the kid). Spandex Boy was over to the left, and clearly comes over to crowd right in front of Bruce. Bruce barely had to move. I've seen Spandex Boy do the exact same thing, he's done it to me and a couple of my friends. It was an attempt to intimidate, pure and simple.

I went to a Rays-Indians game last month, and as I was walking to get ice cream I saw the same guy (in the same clothes no less) zoom past the isle because I left the stands in between innings and this guy was in a rush to get to the other side of the bleachers. As I noticed him I yelled out "hey that's the guy from the Royals game!". He responded with a peace sign as he kept on running. This guy has to be everywhere
