WOW !!! Best tutorial you've done ever & because you slowed down, took time to explain things...it definitely showed in the final product !!! This one goes in the Carving Fusion Hall of Fame !!!

Jordy, I am going to try a wood spirit soon because you are such an amazing teacher. Idea: you should sell t-shirts with your face on it with the phrase "Okay?" You are awesome!

well, I for one like the way you teach! I definitely like to hear the instructions more than once because I get excited and don't listen 😂

Jody, you have inspired me to try power carving for the first time. My hands no longer let me carve with a knife but the power carving let's me work again. Your instructions are excellent and easy to follow. I am on my second bird house and it is almost complete and I enjoyed making them. This from an 84 year old woman who still likes to learn new things!

Thanks so much, Jordy! I'm a beginner/intermediate chainsaw artist but had never before done a wood spirit - A client wanted one on a tall old stump, so I watched several of your wood spirit videos and pulled off a decent 9 footer this afternoon! I love all your helpful hints and tips on all of the tools, how efficient 'lazy' habits can be, etc.! 🤩

Always Great!!!! So much respect for you after watching the video about your fall....I watch your videos every day ...I bought a flame bit and just started with a Dremel .....I was using knives but wanted to build bird houses and large carvings so I advanced to the Dremel.....I have a chainsaw collection of old Sthil and Husqvarna pro logging saws....I own 32 of them I got into it during Covid they became my drug after drugs but I maxed out on saws became bored then found carving and your videos .....What a treasure I really enjoy what you do I enjoy your personality and your honesty......When I screw up a piece I use to throw away and start over but I've seen if I keep working on it many times it ends up being my best piece.....thank you for your videos

Hi Jordy, no kidding about saying "well I'm going to be safe today" and WHAM that's when you get injured and it's usually a serious injury. I know that first hand ,out logging, working the landing trimming limbs off trees as they came in and I slipped on some tree 🎄 limbs and cut the crap out of my leg. Luckily I hit the chain break on the saw and only had 28 stitches in my leg. Same thing about eye 👁‍🗨 protection USE IT YOUR REALLY NOT GETTING A NEW SET OF EYES 👀 PEOPLE. Listen to the man and work safely.
