Steve sold me my first atlas stone mold, barbell and bumper plates years ago. Even took me over to their training facility. He's a first class strongman. Thanks, Steve!
i have the 150 as well and thought the same, but you have to keep picking it up to let it settle inside and you can get it in just keep moving the bag around and it will work but yes it is tuff to get it all in
Tried the 150 at one friend's gym and had lots of fun with it ! But I didn't want to buy it and then find it too easy too fast as I get used to it.. So I bought the 200lbs.. Then I realised it's my bodyweight.. Lets just say I'm not walking really fast with it ^^ but still it's a great replacement for someone without atlas stones !
Whats the best weight to start with? (Want to do more of stongman training - less cardio shoulder-flips. Deadlift is 440 / Powerclean is 200 lbs... Thank you.
3 month ago started at 120lb,now can shoulder 180lb easily but struggle with 240lb lifting off the ground cant straighten back after knee level.weak upper back.i believe anyone shouldering above 300 lb is ox.
@@user-sk9hl7si7l "started at 120lbs"?...the Rogue fitness bags only go up by 50lbs, right??? Seems like an obvious question to ask but did you just fill up the 150lb bag with not as much sand or was there another sand bag (from another fitness company) that you used prior to using Rogue sandbags that had a 120lb bag size option?
@@theparadiddlydoo2771 I bought off Ebay army duffle bag $20 or so. And 4 60lb tubes of sand from menards. 31" long ,every penny worth it.im getting close to shoulder 240 again soon.180 became pretty easy.you can fit them but it will be tight.i work in gym and sandbag is supplementing so I dont make small incremental, +60lb(bag) on sandbag.probably could go with 5-10lb but dont want to hassle measuring etc

This is just useless !!! A military duffel bag on amazon costs 1/3 the price . Get it , fil it with sand and tie it with a rope . That will do a better job .

I bought the smallest one and I'm in love with it. It's far less intimidating than weights and more fun.
That's a beautiful training facility

Love it, It's my replacement for Atlas Stones.

You’d probably need to start with a 150 but after a few weeks of that the 200 might be doable for you.

For at least ten minutes until it blows out.
WRONG.
Yeah, but a duffle bag wouldn't have "ROGUE" silkscreened on it. 😉
