Even prisoners have standards of what not to do, so if they hear someone committed a crime against a child, they'll be on your ass within a few days.

Just fyi, stuff like that often happens to cho-mos (child molesters) in prison. Had a preacher convicted in a town or two over for molesting a few children and his family threw a fit to have him on the regular yard, most prisons who get stuff like this often have the cho-mo yard and a yard for everyone else, and the prison granted their request. He was beat to death within hours.

Pedo's are usually put in maximum security wards, because there's simply too many groups of criminals in some prison who will literally beat the life out of them if they get their hands on them.
It's usually a day or two, to about usually a week. A few calls out and they know everything about you. These guys are more thorough than the FBI sometimes. And then whatever time it takes to get everyone on board with making him pay.

that last story sounds pretty normal to me, in fact I seem to recall hearing that prison staff have to put pedos in separate confinement, or they just get murdered when word gets out on what they did.

Yep. As soon as a new inmate joins the block they can find out within the day what that person's really in for. Alot of them will lie to try and not get trouble but it's easy to find out with just a phone call. Even if its sexual assault NOT on a minor they have trouble staying anywhere without trouble.

With the last story, it really makes sense. My stepmom used to work in a state prison, and she said that the inmates had a code of honor that they followed. If it was found out that one of the inmates did something terrible to a child, well... the other inmates would make sure that he would not be living long. Another one of the codes of honor included protecting female guards, and if one of the female guards was pregnant, no one would lay a finger on her, or they would get the absolute crap beaten out of them.
I didn't see how the second story was nuclear revenge until after I was about to complain. He purposely stripped himself bare before the divorce so that she wouldn't get a dime. Now the quotations make sense.

Most of the time, the new inmates files get pulled, which means that someone with connections tells outside people to inquire about the new guy. After receiving info from the outside, they relay this info back into the prison, where it spreads like wildfire if something like this is what they are in for. After that, "justice" is served, if the inmates decide the courts decision is not enough.

Actually it's no secret in the prison community, if you go to prison for crimes against children, animals or the elderly, they know they will never leave alive. They might be convicted felons, but they have standards

I live in Luton, few years back someone jumped an old woman and ran off with her bag, badly hurt the lady. People from my area found them, beat them, handed them into police and it just got worse when the dude got sent down. Had to be put away from everyone else for his own safty

But what OP is probably feeling is the sensation anyone gets who feels a little creeped by bugs; a common condition people get when thinking of spiders and the like. A fun little interaction with the brain due to our own fears.
I don't understand what was the reason the bed bugs were crawling on the lady when it's not common for the bed bugs to do that as the exterminator said. Could someone explain?

So of course with that many they had no space to hide when the lady got up in the morning and got stuck on her body and tried to hide in her hair / clothes.
An average human has a blood level of 5 liters. To be considered anemic to the point of life threatening like the lady was you need to lose atleast 25-30% of that. A single bed bug drinks around 0.05ml of blood .To be that anemic she needed to lose around 1000-1500ml blood. That means around 30000 of those fkers were feeding off on her. Just try to imagine that many bugs and you won't sleep for weeks. Ofc there was no way that many bugs can actually hide.

Several years ago I lived in Southern Missouri. The sheriff was a great guy. Being a volunteer fire fighter I had dealings with him quite often. There was a child molester in the jail. The jailer went to lunch letting an inmate in charge. That inmate and another took a broom stick to the child molester. It was so violent it killed the guy. Unfortunately the sheriff had to resign afterward. It was just good old Southern justice.

13:14 I have heard of SO many instances of this. basically, most prisons have to set up separate areas for child molesters and rapists. As many of the inmates in general population have children they would love to see, and hearing that someone is sick enough to do that to children sets them off(same for guards). I've heard of everything from removing genitals, to "shoving light bulbs up their asses, then punch them in the stomach. shattering the bulb." there was even an "accident" at one of the smaller prisons where the list of child predators was leaked to general population and the doors "malfunctioned" that night due to a "power outage" (most prisons have massive diesel generators that kick on in the event of a power outage.) the worst though happened to a former classmate of mine that we found out had been messing with his little sister. he went to prison, (given 5 years for the crime) and was put in protected containment. several of our friends sent letters to the inmates of the prison (delivered by one of our friend's dad as he was a guard and knew which ones to deliver them to). LSS that classmate is now genderless and lives in a trailer somewhere out in Arizona.

I love the honor system among prisoners. It’s good to know that even felons know that there are some lines you just don’t cross.
Considering a lot of them either have sisters, cousins or even children themselves if you're a convicted child murderer/sex offender you gonna get what is coming to you. See Jared Fogle being beaten up by an older prisoner when he had the chance to even though Jared used bodyguards with his ill-gotten gain.
Once saw this documentary where prisoners got ahold of the cell keys. First ones they went after: the snitches and the child molesters/rapists (which the comment, prisoner A was saying during this, made you feel like, "weather they're alone or have families, nobody like when you hurt kids"). These were convicted murderes who were above (as RSlash says) "passionately hugging" children.

a lot of times when it comes to prisoners, child murderers and pedophiles are considered the lowest of low and many prisoners will do whatever they can to take swift vengeance no matter how brutal against them. some prisons even have tendencies of putting child murderers and pedophiles in their own separate wards due to putting them in gen pop usually will have gruesome results to them

After warching the part of the video about that bed bug infestation, it reminded me of an incident i had with bed bugs. This was about 4 years ago, when my uncle lived with my family and i for a short time because of college. He had came home with a bed bug infested backpack from someone elses house. Our house was later infested with them. Me, my brother, and with the help of my mother, he had gotten rid of the infestation after 6 months of daily cleaning and anti-bedbug spray. Ever since, my uncle had been kicked out, and he lives with my grandmother, who is in her 70s, with no place to call home. He also can barely pay for college, so he is stuck with a situation were he can barely pay for college that he couldn't complete, and with no place to call his own.

I did make a post of my own explaining why it is called the 'Clap', but I posted it a bit too late for it to be noticed. During WWII Navy men(for the most part) but just about all members of the military were affected in one way or another who had returned from shore leave and suspected that they might have gonorrhea would be asked to slap their penises on a hard surface, usually a steel table. This would make a clapping sound. The purpose of having a men slap their penises on a hard surface was to check for a thick gray discharge, this is a symptom of gonorrhea. It didn't take long for the term that was initially used mostly by those in the Navy and other parts of the military to make its way into the general public vocabulary. I think understanding the origins helps to understand how and when to use it. Or maybe it's just me.

As an EMT, the last dude didn't die instantly, but it probably didn't take long. He for sure felt it. Depending on the strength of the trap, he either died super shortly after due to direct injury to the brain, or died due to internal bleeding caused by a slower, less powerful trap. If it's the former, he felt immense pressure, heard a cracking and then died, if it's the latter, he felt the trap hit his head, heard a crunch and then felt mounting unbearable pressure as his head filled with blood, and then died. either way, very painful.
I am a retired nurse, I have seen horrible bed bug infested people when I worked in a huge ER in a tri city hospital. Usually elderly people who have been living in squalor. Good for the OP who cared about the retired nurse. ❤
